Shouldn't Off the Record deactivate when healed to full?

That doesn't make much sense honestly. You said about wasting so much time self healing, but OTR deactivates at the moment you start healing yourself, so the time you have wasted self healing is 0.01 seconds.

The time you waste healing is 24 seconds at minamum, and you lose OTR immediately. Its really not that hard to just insta eat someones OTR (in the form of a bodyblock or off hook), and if they're running ds as well and taking down, just wait it out cus its probably about to deactivate from how long their heal and time to reach chase took anyway.

Don’t heal under the hook? That’s such a mistake usually

OTR deactivates at the moment you start healing yourself, not when you finish healing yourself.

If being honest, if u are unfairly getting tunneled, even ds or this perk can’t help u. Killer can be persistent nowadays

otr is kinda overloaded but eh, it's fine.

Yes, so obviously you're not being tunneled. And in fact a self heal takes at least 24 seconds by default. So there should be no problem woth OTR hittakes unless someones wasting time as they would be self healing

Exactly!
Anti-tunnel features should only work to combat the thing that everybody complains about - "Tunneling."
Anti-tunnel features should not alternatively function as anti-pressure tools that punish the killer even if they are NOT tunneling.
I reiterate: No more nonsense, please.

Knock Out is reworked rather than being nerfed because it was super harmful for SoloQ while not effective against survivors with communication.

thats why I adore babysitter and bloodrush so much
I cant fathom a scenario where they actually get weaponized against killer not going out of their way to tunnel.
absolute worst case scenario you can bodyblock with bt slightly more efficiently which is hardly a big deal in comparison to infinite basekit bt or DS or StB just punishing you for existing
