Do you think that the perk "Whispers" needs a rework to make it more decent?

With how much Dead by Daylight has evolved over the years, Whispers is one of the perks that hasn't changed much for years ever since Dead by Daylight released, the perk is really bad as it only lights up whenever survivors are nearby similar to Spine Chill, i really do think that Whispers needs a long awaited rework to make it somewhat decent to run on most builds as it would encourage most players to use it more, do you think that this perks needs a rework?

    It doesn't need a rework imo they should just reduce the range on it a bet and it'll be fine.
