    I think this problem with rework Streetwise, same problem with Tome 18, Level 4, Stretching your resources

    It took me playing 4 games today to realize that they reworked the perk so it no longer extends item usage. I don't know how to complete it now.

    hopefully this gets fixed soon its one of the only missions I got left to finish the archive.
