By far my biggest Kaneki gripe
So, the dude gets basically auto aim on survivors giving a guaranteed hit.
Then why does he have a 5 second window to align his auto aim? Wesker has a similar mechanic, not auto-aim, less distance, not a guaranteed hit, 2 seconds.
5 seconds is enough to walk around an entire shack wall and still align the hit. Why not reduce that window to 2 seconds? What's the genuine reason of it being 5 seconds?

As a Kaneki player, i feel the auto aim and reticle stickiness works against me. Sometimes id even wanna grab a survivor and the game forces me to cus of these boring and annoying machanics.

Honestly if they make the aiming less janky i would agree, but as of rn i dont, they only need to reduce the distance at which he can grapple on to things to like 3m and make the max distance back to the original, but keep the distance at witch he can injure survivors w his grab attack the way it is rn, or maybe even reduce it a lil.

You cannot walk around the entire shack, as his movement speed is very reduced while aiming.

Last time I checked, Kaneki still can't injure with his 2nd attack.
Wesker can, so while Kaneki's first hit is free and Wesker takes more effort, kaneki then can't use that power to directly cause the second hit unlike wesker so it needs to have more forgiving times because it's less universal.
Wesker also doesn't need to grab onto the environment while ghoul does just to use the power in the first place which can take time to align unlike Mastermind meaning you need more time to do it.
His power is also less precise compared to mastermind, when you dash on wesker you know exactly where you'll end up if you have knowledge with him making the follow up much easier to know where to pre-aim. Kaneki slides along the floor, bounces around like a pinball and does whatever the physics engine decides making it much less predicable to use and therefor, much less reliable to get a follow up immediately.
Also if Ghoul fails to grab onto something, they get put into a mini cooldown which happens ALL THE TIME because the grab mechanic on the environment is extremely janky just like apparently half the kit. So if they made the time short like Weskers, you would constantly be getting grab validated whenever you tried to use the skillful part of the power and make him extremely frustrating to play (a reason he has to auto aim as stated by the devs).
Also I don't know what Kaneki's you're playing with who can walk around the entire shack while moving slowly between power grabs but if you want to make a point, massively exaggerating things doesn't lend well to your whole argument.

I didnt say entire shack, i said entire shack WALL. Aka, going from one end of shack, to the other. I literally had that happen today.

that doesnt excuse 5 entire seconds

I don't really like the Kaneki-Wesker comparison… mostly because Wesker is probably one of if not the best designed killers in the game and Kaneki single-handedly killed my desire to play survivor.
But framing all of this makes Ghoul's power just seem worse which isn't the case at all.
Wesker doesn't have Kaneki's crazy mobility - not even close, as showcased by Otz recently when a survivor held W against him on Wesker for over 30 seconds through RPD.
Kaneki's vault is significantly better, Wesker's can only be used to make vaulting through strong windows faster while Kaneki's vault is an actual threat at loops.
Kaneki can't miss, like at all, and he's not punished at all for messing up. If the survivor somehow breaks LoS on his stupid auto-aim injure and cancels it, he can almost immediately move and M1 normally out of it. He can act VERY fast out of canceling his power, which is what makes him so frustrating for me at least, as you need to constantly have something next to you to loop or you're screwed.
If Wesker misses he's punished for it, sometimes badly. And he still has to get through two health states unless you're fully infected, which rarely happens.
I'm really really sick of the "Kaneki can't down you with power!" nonsense. It legitimately doesn't matter at all since all his power does is let him stay on top of you and he can smoothly transition out of it into an M1. In some ways the fact his power is so good but can't down you is a benefit to him because it lets him use M1 perks despite being a top tier killer, similar to Spirit.

Because he was made with Switch players in mind. Not even memeing, he very clearly is tailored for casual controller users.

Nah, but he can fully cancel his dash whenever he wants and has really low fatigue.
So basically Spirit also can't down/injure you with her power, but doesn't really matter when they are right next to you after their power.
Kaneki definetly has power to down survivors, he is not "M1 killer" who has an issue of downing survivors some people would like to claim.5 -
Kaneki is "just a M1 killer" that can:
- zoom across the entire map in three seconds
- vault over pallets and windows, while also simultaneously locking survivors in an animation
- DAMAGE those survivors with power if they are close enough to said windows and pallets
- close distances extremely quickly and get a hit in by canceling power
- zone you out of getting to the next loop or window by literally jumping in front of you and body blocking
- put any survivor into the injured+mending state for free just by looking at them
Yeah. Just a "M1 killer". 🤣

I did ignore a huge chunk of your comment last time, because it was bad arguments, but now I have time:
1. Kaneki CAN injure with his 2nd attack, he cant down with his m2, but that doesnt matter. Spirit cant either, yet she's still close to S tier. Nurse, for the longest time, was "just an m1 killer". What you can do with the m2 matters.
2. Kaneki is Wesker on steroids. He can close the gap and m1 before a survivor can counterplay. Thats basically using the m2 to down. Kaneki isnt like legion, where he uses Frenzy to close the gap and then have a 2 second fatique. Kaneki just cancels mid air and hits whenever he hits the ground next to the survivor, with only a 0.5 second window. Which isnt even enough to fast vault and make distance.
3. His power is less precise? No its not. Its extremely reliable. I hate using it as an argument, but you literally just have to get better at his power. Wesker is like a hammer, Kaneki is like a needle. The needle requires better aim, but is more precise.
4. Ah yes, the mini cooldown that doesnt matter at all, because Wesker too has a mini cooldown if he doesnt go for his second dash. Kaneki's cooldown is the same as Wesker's. Which, is fine I guess, could be higher for Kaneki imo.
5. And like I said to someone else. Its not entire shack, its a shack WALL2 -
Skill issue on your part

And how is that, considering everything I listed Kaneki can simply do with or without any intervention from any survivor?
