Buff STBFL and PWYF

Please just fix these perks to not lose stacks with special attacks or to only lose stacks on downs or something.

    i hope not.

stbfl got nerfed fairly recently and rightfully so. as it put survs in lose lose situations making unhooking impossible. M2 hits also didnt lose stacks and made a lot of killers way too powerful.

pwyf is unhealthy and needs reworked. no one "throws" getting stacks for pwyf.^ in fact, its probably one of the easiest perks to get value from. which is why its so unhealthy. plus the haste is insanely OP.

Stbfl got a nerf that didn't make much sense in regard to what it should be.

The perk is supposed to help killers that struggle in chase. While it still does that, the reduction in percentage hit those already down while not effecting those that are strong.

The M2 losing stacks is inconsistent amount killers. For examples, Nemesis and Vecna can maintain stacks through zombies and skeletons, while a Pig loses stacks for using her ambush.

Stronger M2 killers usually don't use Stbfl, so this also mostly hurts lower tiers that need help in chase.

Where Stbfl had to get nerfed was camping. A strength it maintains to this day. 8 stacks and camping basement? Good luck getting anyone out of there. Even the obsession is not going to save you if the killer plays the perk correctly.

Gaining stacks should be disabled around hooked survivors. If very close, it the killer could even lose stacks regardless of the role of the survivor if necessary.

Because of this, the nerf mostly didn't address the real issue of the perk and punished killers that already struggle.

What killer became too powerful? Piggy? Demo? Lets not forget, that Stbfl is a stack perk as well. You don't start with these stacks. You build them throughout the match by hitting survivors with m1 attacks. Most m2 killers use their power to get hits. If they resort to m1s early in the match, they often lose out on a lot of pressure and chase potential, as they mostly resort to being a simple m1. For most lower tiers, stbfl only becomes relevant mid trial and it's effect can be hindered by the obsession being a bit altruistic from time to time.

Camping with Stbfl is still incredibly strong, so that nerf didn't help much there.

STBFL wont be problem after antitunnel fix because there arent many killers which can use it only those which injure mainly or only with m1 and killers which injure mainly with m1 like ghoul this perk isnt best option and there are more better choices.

PWF shouldnt loose those stacks like you wrote but maybe devs will reconsider this.

I recall the nerf to stbfl started after people were using it on xeno when his chapter came out. Mixing that with the xenos other perk that removes bloodlust but gives you haste on hit, seems reallllllllly oppressive together with m2 killers

yea, one of the main reasons I played demo was stbfl was good with him because of his shred

Only thing Stbl needed was to not count on Endurance hits, so if you hit the guy off hook you'd have the normal 2.7 second recovery. And I can live with the Special Attack nerf, but nerfing it's max value from 40 % to 32 % was dumb.

PwyF is a dangerous one. But if anything I'd reduce the cooldown between Token gains to like 5 or 6 seconds. 10 feels abit to much.

I never understood Stbl on Demo. You didn't gain any benefit from it if you used his chase power, which is the correct way of playing him. If you got value from Stbl, then you played Demo as an M1 Killer, which is weaker than just using his Shred.

8 stacks of stbfl does more team damage than shredding one by one. I can't speak for other demos, but back when he had his Leprose Lichen as his best addon I used Demo to camp hooks with Agitation always forcing basement. this was even back on old Haddonfield that always had basement in Myers House and we all know how survivor sided that map was but with stbfl you can't expect to save somebody and expect to walk away in one piece
