Houndmaster gets slowed rest of match after internet fluctuation.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Basically i noticed my internet went a bit low, but i stayed in game. I got slower than survivor speed and my screen would jitter as if im being dragged into the ground. Survivors could outrun me regardless of if there was a loop or not.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Internet went low, I was still connected and picked up and sacrificed a survivor. Then the slow occured.
