Any chance we'll see changes to achievement requirements?
Some killer and survivor related achievements have an absurd number tied to them on steam, like picking up 100 survivors from traps or entering Evil Incarnate 300 times or Outbreak Breakout requiring 20 gate openings and escapes. Will there be a chance that these achievements see a lowered number requirement? I know on Xbox or Playstation the trapper one is only 10 if I recall correctly.

There are certain ones that should be made easier, but can't. One of these is Hand-Eye Coordination, which is tied to a killer and cannot really be made easier in any way.
And then you have stuff like Outbreak Breakout or the console Skilled Huntress.

All you mentioned can be done in time (maybe one which takes realy long time is opening 20 gates on rpd, shame it didnt work with 2v8 event) but there are harder ones like the chucky sacamper one which was easy with his version which could slide under palett but now its very hard if survivor isnt stupid or the springtraps one where you have to grab survivors from security doors which is I would say impossible if survivors wont help you with that because no one uses doors and if they does then its only when springtrap is in chase or he is doing something which can be seen by survivors like carrying someone to hook etc. (the amouth of people which have this achivement is 0,2%, Idk if its from all people that have springtrap or just DBD but thats small). Getting tier 3 on mayers is joke comapare to getting evil incarnate achivement which requires you to kill all 4 survivors with his tier 3 mori and current mayers is bad tbh.

From what I recall unless the achievement or trophy is completely impossible to attain they cannot alter them at all.

They should make a 3K count as "Merciless Killer" for the sake of making adepts reasonable when (or if at this point, let's be honest) they finally tighten MMR up and actually go through with some form of anti-tunnel.

Im kinda lost what is now merciless victory, back then it was just 4k but I think it should be 3k too because now you dont see hatch offerings and even if you get hatch its gate rng then which on many killers with their basekit perks which are most times just mediocre or trash, bad on them then on other killers.

The Skilled Huntress trophy still requires 100 hatchet downs on PlayStation, even though the text now says "20." This change was made over a year ago and the inaccuracy/bug was immediately reported, and it still hasn't been fixed.
So, there's a good chance that if the achievement numbers are changed, it'll be a change to the text only, and the actual requirements will remain the same.

Many developers find ways around it, such as running events or offers that double or triple progress to ease the requirements.

I would love for some help like that. Ones like 100 hatchets fired from Mars are just too much, especially with a controller. 😁
The RPD one still sticks out as both gross and disgusting.

Exactly this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but they've only been changed when they've become impossible to pull off. Even if there's a 1% chance, they're staying.

I think only achievement that should be changed is skilled Huntress...on playstation 100 times is a little much and I've been at four for a while.

Try to make survivors friendly and you will get it fast as most killer achivements that doesnt require to kill survivors.

Yeah I know that can work, but needing to rely on that is poor design imo.
