Cosmetics not Appearing under customization tab

When looking under the customization tag for various killers and survivors either all or some of the owned skins are not showing up. However when going to the store you can still equip skins the you have either unlocked or paid for.

Xbox Series X

Was picking Leon and was going to equip the Carlos skin but it did not appear and when i switched to Jill none of her skins showed up either it seems to be just the Bloody Prestige Skins, Paid Skins and unlocked event skins because the rift pass skins are still showing up.

    You most likely have filters on as you can still equip them from the store. There is a button on the right side of the search bar in the customization that looks like a tag. Press that and only thing check marked there should be "unlocked". That should show you all the cosmetics you have unlocked.
