Licensed Granny skin for trapper?
If DVloper was willing to share the license I think the skin would sell a lot for the nostalgia, plus I just think she would be really neat to see as a killer skin. Bear traps, baseball bat, custom theme music... Just seems like she'd fit right in to me.

I say, yes, do it for the funnies.
But she would require a MAJOR visual update.
And as the remake proved, that is not an easy task.

Sorry I'm a little out of the loop.. what do you mean by remake? If the fabric is an issue I figured it would just use the same fabric as the onryo where it just jiggles a little instead of actual fabric

I am gonna be honest, I have no idea how you would translate this to DBD, and still have it be recognisably the original IP.
It seems a lot of the (I'm assuming) charm of the original would be immediately lost with any kind of HD variant of the Granny character.

As you can see, it's very sloppily done. Barely an improvement.

It is very difficult, indeed.
The issue is, this is a mobile game made around 2018/19, by an indie dev, that unexpectedly exploded in popularity.
Plus, the face of Granny is a render of a real world zombie mask, which could make licencing even worse. Granny itself didn't have issues, but that game is free.

Wow, I had no idea she had a remake... So anyways I do not want the remake considered in this cases lol, just the original. I don't feel that she would lose too much in HD, and of course dbd can use their own art style.. either way I of course don't expect this to ever go through but I figured it was worth a try. I would love to see it even if it didn't seem that much like her honestly
