Pallet Struggle pallet constantly missing the killer

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Dropping a pallet with power struggle has consistently been missing killers and not granting the stun even though the pallet drops.
PLATFORM: Nintendo Switch
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Use power struggle and flip flop and the pallet will miss the killer even if the killer picks you up from the center of the pallet

Not a bug. Sometimes the killer is just too far fron the center of the pallet and won't trigger a stun. Its part of the reason this perk is so bad.
