Nothing but Misery buff idea
In it's current state, Hex: Nothing but Misery needs 8 basic attacks to activate, I think a possible buff for this hex totem is either lowering the number required to activate the hex, or making any hits activate the perk the hindered part of the perk can be still be basic attack only once it activates though.

Rapid exists. There is no way to buff this perk without removing it being hex or bumping up the hindred value.

I didn't say it should stop being a hex, plus what does Rapid Brutality have to do with this? The idea was just to make it consistent instead of taking a long time to activate.

Rapid grants 5 % haste for 10s after basic hit right from start of the match, Nothing but misery makes same movement speed differencial for extra 5s but is tied to hex totem and needs 8 basic attacks to activate which already makes it pretty bad choice on 75 % killers who rely on their power.

Remove the activation condition.
Make it so it lights up on the first M1, and already starts giving the effect to survivors.

Agree with that buff.
8 hits are just way too much - roughly speaking, it means four downs and at that point you either do good or bad and in both cases the perk won't help you. One hit also means more killers can use it.

Agree, it's stupid that this perk activates at best only in mid game. Have 0 ideas why I should pick this perk over Blood Favour.

Honestly that is also fair! I just wish it was a good perk because it's extremely fun once it activates.
