DS needs to deactivate when interacting with killer items

DS is already a problematic perk with people weaponizing it at every given chance, but did you know it doesn't deactivate when interacting with killer items such as Nemesis/Wesker's Chests or with Sprintrap's doors? This means people can weaponize these for unintended purposes

    Yeah sure. Get rid of the strongest anti-tunnel perk for survivors specially after how disastrous this patch is.

    Rgearding your case: the survivor was careless enough to use the doors when not knowing where you were, so DS protected them. But if he used DS offensively, that's on them. Now you know where they are and can easily start a chase with them. So I'd say you come out on top on this one despite the stun.

    "Weaponizing" a perk intended to protect somebody from being tunneled. Sounds like you "weaponized" an unhook state. If you didn't chase that survivor, DS wouldn't have activated. Problem solved.

    I am so tired of these players with under 100 hours of playtime flooding these boards and Reddit to complain because of their own skill issues, because this just leads to the game being neutered more and more after every update. ///points to current update///
