Why havn't we buffed more recent Survivor perks to viability?

Looking at all the various recent perks you have just made and forgotten:

-Apocalyptic Ingenuity (it shouldn't take 2 chests for a awful pallet, there is 3 or 4 chests split between 4 people like hello?)
-Last Stand (90s for one use, when it could have been like 40 seconds or so for an exhaustion perk??? that way it couldn't be used with lithe etc)
-Bada Bada boom (Should blow up near the window so it actually works on killers who avoid vaulting coz of their power like THE FIRST who it RELEASED with)
-Invocations
-Head on (for the love of all that's the entity light the locker up to others when they are in radius so its better in solo Q)
-Moment of Glory (2 chests is way too much, stop with the 2 chests requirement when there is 3 or so chests in a trial)
-Clean Break (it shouldn't require you to be healed by another person to activate it, that's just counter intuitive)
-Better than new (diminishing returns kill this perk)
-Mirrored Illusion (It shouldn't be so obvious its an illusion to the killer, or make it do something more than just do nothing to the killer if they hit it but not if they walk into it)
-Bardic inspiration/one two three four take way too long to set up

Idk the list can go on and on, and you kind of just leave off meta picks to rot.

Also please add more if you can think of more, killer perks are also welcome I didn't make a list of them because I struggle to think of recent ones off the top of my head
