    There is a writing mistake in the first one it only should read that it gives it to the survivor you heal from the ground so not when you yourself recover. It originally worked like it states but when they removed the Endurance effect from it and changed it to Haste they only made it to give it to the survivor who you heal from the ground.

    There was a bug report about it doing this when they changed the description to say it should not work on self recover and its marked fixed I can make a new one so they fix the description to say the correct info.
