Will Diminishing Returns affect other stackable stats like cleansing, unhooking, gate opening, etc

Hi there :> I was just wondering if Diminishing Returns will also affect stats that weren't listed (so anything not Haste, Hindered, gen speed and regression, and healing).

    Seems like anything speed related when effected by perks. So 2 perks causing faster door opening, will be effected. 2 perks causing faster gen speed, will be effected. Regression perks stacking will likely also be effected. Definitely healing perks will be effected. Anything with addons will not be effected. Not sure about items like toolboxes stacking with perks but my guess is toolboxes wont effect it. Not sure if these things were tested on the ptb i didnt play it myself this time
