New bully squad perk ?
After playing PTB this perk Wide Open Throttle feels kinda insane (the one that gives you speed and picks up a pallet) cause it's not an exhaustion perk and has a regular cooldown. So basically after stunning a killer you can give a god pallet a 2nd life XDDDDD.
Tbh I can't wait to use it as a bully squad but playing against 4 these perks is going to feel miserable for a killer with infinite pallets and no counterplay xDDDDD
I guess the Nurse is the only that will have a chance against this and I'll have to quit playing the trapper :<

Thats why I picked up nurse. Even tho im on console she's the only killer who doesnt have to play by the 500 page survivor rulebook. If im wraith, a 7 foot tall death incarnate, im supposed to be nice to survivors because going after someone off hook is mean. Lol in any other multi-player game they'd get laughed at for trying to cry like they do in this game, but in dbd youre supposed to hold your opponents hand and walk them out the exit gates

Wouldn't trapper make it hard to vault said pallet into the trap?
As for the nurse comment from @Mrpugalug916 I feel perks like this counter her more than anything as the survivor as more speed to make your blink harder to hit/distance for you to miss.
Let's not forget the pallet is blocked for other survivors essentially a blood warden for 60 seconds, you switch target to someone else nearby and that survivor has potentially put others in a bad spot.0 -
To be honest, Wide Open Throttle locks the pallet for 60s. I don't think it will be used by bully squads, since it block pallets they would like to drop in the killer head one more time. Also, they can already use Any Means Necessary for this.
My biggest grip with this perk is the free haste, considering how haste is a strong effect on survivor, specially against weaker killers. We are going to get an MFT situation all over again, two years later.
Problably the elusive perk will be used for flash saves, but i'm waiting to hit live to say if its good or not.

I'm presuming the haste comes from a playtest where they discovered lifting the pallet for the killer right after vaulting it results in you eating an M1 in most circumstances.
I'm somewhat unsure whether or not this is OP. I do dislike that you can combo it with lithe allowing you to drop a god pallet, vault it and reset it, and have enough total speed to get to a new loop/resource safely, meaning the block on the pallet is no longer your problem. I could see this both being hard to deal with as killer, and a cause of me getting downed despite pathing well.0 -
I can't wait for vigil Finesse Lithe to be paired with this

I mean, this would be great for Killers. One bad Perk which replaced a potentially better Perk.
@Topic:
15% Haste for 3 seconds is nothing. All this Perk will do is get you hit by the Killer. It will be one of those Perks where you see a Survivor pull something cool off in a Youtube-Shorts, you just not get the info that to do this two times the Survivor had to play for 8 hours.
That you can recycle a God Pallet is also only partially true. Yes, it is upright, but it is blocked for a full minute and the god pallets will be insta-kicked anyway. Getting a stun is obviously good, but vaulting back into the Killer to get the Pallet up is less useful than just gaining distance while the Killer is stunned and then needs to break the Pallet.
Plus, you cannot really control where to use it, you can also reset a bad Filler Pallet, which grants even less value.
