Hello everyone,

today I read the announcement of the Anti-Cheat Trials. First of all: It is great that you want to improve the anticheat system.

After reading the whole Post on steam I had a question in mind: Will the anti-cheat trials be aware of Linux(CachyOS like I use)/Steamdeck users?
I am a little bit affraid that DBD won´t start anymore with some of those anti-cheat tools.

Does the game officially support Linux? I seem to recall reading in a thread somewhere that it doesn't officially support it.

Proton/steamdeck is supported. In practice that means linux is supported since you can use proton without steamdeck/steam machine

I'm a little confused because this is different from the answer I saw before. I understand that Proton/SteamDeck is supported.
