The Dredge really needs some changes

The Dredge is honestly one of my most favorite killers in Dead by Daylight but sadly they can be kind of weak when they get a map that has bad locker RNG and among other things so here are some changes for the Dredge!
- Dredge's teleport is now under an individual token system with each token having their own separate cooldowns similar to Wesker and Bubba. During the day recharge speed is 1 token every 4 seconds, in nightfall recharge speed is 1 token every second and tokens do not recharge while in the gloaming state, holding remnant, teleporting or inside a locker.
- For the dredge, lockers are now a killer item and will follow killer item logic for spawning like sadako's TVs and xenomorph's control stations with them spawning where chests would be.
- Any time the dredge teleports, when exiting the dredge will be given a small haste boost for 3 seconds to help them on unfavorable maps, the haste will end early when injuring or grabbing a survivor by any means.
- Nightfalls visuals are now like lights out with survivors having perfect clear vision up to a set range to make nightfall have equal impact on all maps and not make people playing on consoles or big TVs wanting to perish.

I think Dredge needs to have teleport to pallets and windows too. Otherwise he'll never be good enough while still have weak zoning antiloop that might be 4.6m/s and still be 50/50.

go wild he can teleport outside of the entity as well

Would love to see him lose the start of match cooldown as well, he really doesn't need to give Survivors such a head start when other killers can use their mobility immediately.
