Windows of Opportunity now Practically USELESS
Before:
- Pallets, windows, and breakable walls were revealed.
- Range: 24/28/32 m.
- No cooldown.
Now:
- Only windows are revealed.
- Range is now only 24 m.
- You vault through windows 10% faster.
- After vaulting a window, the perk goes on cooldown for 40/35/30 seconds.
Are you kidding me? Making vaulting 10% faster doesn't help at all when the whole point of the perk (seeing pallets AND windows) is gone. It's always been very helpful for random queues when you don't know if another survivor already dropped the pallet (and to see if it got destroyed by the killer).
Of course killers will be celebrating this. But as a player with 6k hours I still have trouble escaping most trials when playing with random teammates. And now it's only going to get worse.

Sure they do, just not survivors. Look at the update, survivors got zero perks that are actually viable in high tier play and only had good perks removed or gutted. Meanwhile killers got several juicy perks that are easily going to be s tier on several killers.

100% agree. Especially Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance. That perk makes me want to rage quit instantly. But honestly, it’s not even as bad as this brain-dead Trickster. Have you seen how long his “rush” can last? Like 30 seconds or more. Try dodging that #########. 😂
I’m actually playing Valorant now. At least that game doesn’t make me as mad lol.

ye If it were just unlimited window-vaulting like before, that would be fine; but when you vault through a window, you can't see it for 30 seconds. You can't just run you have to improvise a loop on the fly, and you also have to rely on your memory to recall where the window was before you jumped through it. at this point just delete that perk useless

This game sucks more and more every year I play it. Dead hard? Almost useless now. Windows of opportunity? useless shoulder the burden? useless
well thanks for NOTHING. i'm glad i won't be returning. and the new halloween event is boring, too. maybe you should invite me to the developers team and let me do the changes so everyone can be happy
