The only F Legion gets from me is a "F you" for being annoying to play against.

After thinking about the change over and over i think it will turn out making Legion stronger in chases if you are decent at mindgames (Small size + 115% is pretty good to brain survivors). But will end up still being a "bad" killer since he can't counter looping as much as he could before (Yeeting over a pallet to hit a surv and damage their current DW level).
After the change he's still going to be annoying tho, so it won't fix DC's that much or the "fun-factor" when versing him because the core issue always was DW and not Legion itself.
NGL the more i look at it, the more it seems likely that Legion was a big excuse to buff borrowed time, but maybe that's because i wear a tinfoil hat a little too much, who knows.

I think this legion sucks is overeaction til you play him in the ptb.
They haven't even shared the new add-ons. Should you judge a half painted book by its cover.
Think should be wary cause dbd in general can make good and bad things. But until we can see it in practice we should judge then.
Can't review bomb things haven't tried out.
Expect it to be bad but also know it could suprise you.

Billy can easily get looped,but he is one of the strongest killers in the game.

Billy is only really good because of these things.
Map Presence (great)
Instadown (great)
A big Lunge Range (great)
His power does in a way help in in the chase, be it to instantly break pallets or to simply catch up to a survivor and get a regular hit off.
Or if he's really accurate with the chainsaw, he can instadown a survivor before the chase even starts.
Billy is good because of these things. His power is more of a maybe in the chase, but he also has all of these strengths that keep him viable and high tier.

Billy can get looped yes but the fact that he has insane mobility and pressure with his chainsaw and instadown counter this huge flaw, he also can break pallets crazy fast if you bait the drop and charge your chainsaw.

Legion didn't deserve this purge. Just because there was an "exploit" problem and people were tired of going against a legion who was using everything the game have him. He used to be bottom B tier, now he is the worst killer. R.I.P

I'm not sure this kills Legion so much as simply shifts how he's played. That said I do see a couple of things I think are bad. I don't think the power should need to be fully recharged to use. I think that a single miss fully depleting the frenzy is also a bad idea. I think it should take two missed attacks.
