It got normalized not nerfed. It was obliviously not “balanced” as it says but now it’s in line with other exchastion perks. About exchastion add-ons, big nope. Get better so you won’t have to rely on the most overpowered perks all the time.

Thing about Clown though is, he’s a fat pile of trash. His power is useless and harmless, you need exchaustion and extra slow down to make anything out of it. And even than you’re probably lose because...you know it’s Clown. Compared to the way how D-strike and the overly buffed borroved time works, these mid tier add-ons are nothing. Nerf those first and than complain about pitty stuff like these.

In what way are exhaustion perks OP? They add like another 10 seconds in chase unless the map RNG was on the survivor's side, which it usually isn't.

I agree, it made sense with how exhaustion used to work but it shouldnt be a thing anymore. its just super unfun

After the nerf it's literally the worst exhaustion perk. No reason to run it over lithe. It has a a harder and less consistent activation condition and now there is no extra upside, so why take it when you could take lithe.

So? Don't depend on them once you learn they have something to counter exhaustion perks. You don't need them. If you realize they have something to counter your perk, learn around it. Just play normally. You'll be able to loop killers just fine.
You say they have serious problems, when every reply to a comment you've provided has either gone off topic, or has been just flat out rude.
Bottom line is, exhaustion isn't that big of a deal. Perks like Balanced, Lithe, or Dead Hard can extend a chase and have little ways of countering without exhaustion. Dead hard can be waited out, but what about the others? If anything, exhaustion brings balance to the table. People might not even have anything to exhaust, so then what? That would just be a waste of a slot. Balanced is just fine, the problem is that it enabled certain infinites. Haddonfield is a great example, where you could just keep going around the house for an entire game. With the nerf, it'll at least solve that much.

I'm all for buffing Clown to make him a stronger killer, but let's face it... his exhaustion add-ons are BS. It takes no skill on his part to actually inflict exhaustion, unlike Huntress who has to hit you with a hatchet or Pig who would have had to catch you first. It's just really lame.
Either increase the timer and make it so you need to land direct bottle hits, or severely reduce the timer to like 5 seconds or something as a means to force the survivor to walk during a chase to gain back their exhaustion.

Balanced Landing didn't get "nerfed" because of abusive loops and certain maps but because it was the only exhaustion perk that had a passive bonus attached to it. It was only time for it to get on the exact same level as the other exhaustion perk.
You bring the exhaustion addons subject well all those addons come in action only when you get hit/injured. So just don't get hit/injured.
You bring "but i don't recover from running", then stop running and recover or bring Vigil.
