Devs Stop Ignoring Us: Thread of all Non Addressed Issues
This thread is aimed directly towards the developers of Dead By Daylight and its objective is getting responses over every issues devs either straight ignored or mildly addressed with their awesome "Soon™".
I openly ask, as a forum and community member, to every player who reads this, to write any issues I missed and to please keep alive the thread, I made it for the community. Here we go:
- it's been an year since you promised the survivor husks when someone DCs, so that killer could get BBQ stacks or Pop or even have the sacrifice counted, when are you planning to do it?;
- what happened to the orange crane in Ormond? It's missing since the first month of Legion release and nobody has ever saw it again, why did you removed it?;
- why do you keep ignoring the issues with the Ps4 trophies despite the many threads every week people open about this hot topic?;
- why haven't you updated the Ps4 report system? It feels pointless, also the entire Ps4 ban system is a joke, and the only time I've seen it being effective was to ban *popular DbD streamer*;
- why did you remove the "switch to killer/survivor" button, it was so useful and nobody complained about it, so why remove it?;
- why is decisive strike stun still 5 seconds long (a change that was made when enduring used to counter it), despite enduring no longer decrease the stun time?;
- why Trapper for some reasons can't see the aura of his nearby traps? It wasn't so before and it makes playing Trapper even harder than it should be;
- why when Hag gets pallet stunned with enduring her camera points to the ground, making you waste time? Never thought of a fix?;
- why you keep changing stuff nobody has ever asked for, that eventually ruins the experience (like the old red screen when you get stunned during Ghostface chapter, or nowadays the sounds notification of the doors location, that only confuses you and makes harder to know which gen was the last done);
- when will you change the emblem system? Winning a match and getting "brutal killer" is one of the most annoying things in the game, also fix the insta down-chase system;
- why do you keep lying about your "matchmaking 6 ranks hard cap"?;
- any plan to fix the ironworks of misery window? (as suggested by user @Galklife);
- when will you make that survivors load in together whether they are SWF or not to prevent dodging, as you promised? (as suggested by user @malloymk).
- (as @BBQnDemogorgon pointed out) you should stop putting band-aids to core issues of the game (the entire deep wound tragic comedy, or bamboozle for infinites or ruin to stop gen rush).

- This is a planned part of the disconnect handling system, which we are planning on testing soon. The husks are not in the first version, but are still planned to come further on down the line.
- This one is a mystery to me. I'd have to find out, but I wouldn't exactly say this is a pressing issue.
- It's a known issue.
- The stun is not problematic as originally thought, since it is fairly easy to avoid in the first place. We have not promised that the timer would be reduced.
- This is just because of the way auras work. If they are close enough and not obstructed by a solid object, the aura does not appear. This is the same for anything else in the game.
- This would be a bug (likely already logged, but you can always report it just to be safe).
- Because there is a design team working on improvements to the game. Some are hits, some will miss. Not everything comes from a request, we also try to stay in front of the curve.
- It's on the list of things we'd like to do.
Almost all of these have been answered at some point in the past.

I’d like to know why Doctor’s shock therapy stun is so inconsistent. If it’s a bug, then why hasn’t it been fixed yet? If it’s intended to be that way, then why would you want something like that to be inconsistent?
Ah yes, we should totally have to use a perk to counter bad game design.

That's like saying ruin is a counter to fast gens.
Perks shouldn't be used as band aid solutions to problems. Not for killers and not for survivors.

You forgot about the genrush,we desperately need 2nd objectives
getting all gens done in like 3 min is not fine
its also funny that it was an issue since sabo got it's big nerf and everyone started focusing on gens,meaning this was a problem for about 2-3 years,yet,no news on any possible 2nd objective,nothing

So let me understand. Most answers are the usual "Soon"/known issue.
But also, and sorry if I might sound rude (I actually estimate you, since you're always here, basically eating ######### for the developers), but how the ######### can a big structure like the crane on Ormond randomly disappear, and you never said anything about. It's not a bug, you clearly removed it. And also, it's an entire unique map tile, it should be a pressing issue, you already have the model, just put it there.
As for the ds stun timer, yes, that was basically the only answer.

I have hundreds of examples of how bad and inconsistent doctor shocks is to negate actions. I know it's an enormous problem, but most people will tell you that you're just bad, and you just need to time it better.

I made a thread about his stun being inconsistent a couple of weeks ago and it did get a couple of “time it better” replies. Am I just supposed to have perfect timing with his shocks? I’m really hoping the upcoming changes addresses this bug in some way. If they can’t fix it for whatever reason, hopefully Doctor got enough buffs to where he’ll be a threat against good Survivors without needing to use his shock.

OH no the traps for trapper are definitely bugged on Xbox. When you get about 12 meters from one its aura is gone and it's a play, find the trap hidden game
