  • I had two Merciless victories today using 3 universal perks, and one awarding 4 iridescent. Zero progress. Platform was PC, and perks I used were Bitter Murmur, Shattered Hope, and Spies from the Shadows (1st time); Shattered Hope, Sloppy Butcher, Spies from the Shadows (2nd time). Shattered Hope is a newer universal perk,…
  • I agree that the charm was quite a bit underwhelming after five full cosmetic outfits, two in one month, even. I think it would've been better received if it had been 3-4 charms covering the holidays from Feb - April, but at the end of the day, it's essentially a bonus for a service a lot of us already purchased for a…
  • I haven't noticed any huge issues with pathing on the Zombies when I play as Nemesis, but yeah, they do sometimes get stuck, maybe once every 5-6 games. I just whack them when I'm near them so that they respawn, which gives some mutation progress out of it and drops them near a gen that a survivor may be working on. It…
  • Tinkerer isn't overpowered by any means. It only gives 16 seconds of undetectable, and activates in a very predictable fashion, a maximum of 5 times. Yes, it's better on killers with higher mobility/map control, but still not overpowered. It's also not as if the killer is crouched at a starting line, waiting to dash in…
  • Unrealistic or not, I don't think body blocking is going anywhere, although I suspect this may be more about your frustration with having to deal with the mechanic of it in the game. It can be very frustrating when you run into a practiced group that just mob you so that you can't make it to a hook, but sometimes you just…
  • To be fair, there are instances where it's strategic for the killer to not pick up the survivor. If they're running as an SWF group and plan on bullying the killer with multiple flashlights, body blocking, boil over, etc, and you know you will just not make it to the hook. I agree it's not very fun if a certain point is…
  • I think completely breaking boon totems would be interesting counterplay, but would probably need to be its own perk, possibly combined with a secondary bonus, like preventing survivors from being able to overwrite a lit hex totem with a boon.
  • I agree that Whispers is a bit niche, since I only use it on The Doctor as a cue for when to Static Blast. If it were going to be reworked, I'd like to see something where the more the killer acted on the whispers, the clearer they became. Perhaps start with a normal 360-degree radius, but when a certain event triggered,…
  • I don't think it should be called that, but I think the idea has merit. They could give them skill checks, similar to the 2nd hook phase, so that it was more of a struggle to remain conscious while bleeding out, and you would have the strategic option of giving up if you chose to.
  • You remind me of one of those scare-tactic politicians that pushes the worst-case scenario as an everyday occurrence. Just because something bad happens, you don't throw the baby out with the bath water. People have bumper stickers, flags, shirts, license plates, and all sorts of other things to share their support of…
  • I think it might be more psychologically interesting if instead of speeding Myers up in T3, all survivors became increasingly hindered, and if they remained stationary for too long (3 seconds?), it triggers killer instinct on them, so that they just can't camp it out. It gives a sense of oppressive exhaustion and futility…
  • It would definitely make things more interesting synergistically, but they would likely have to rebalance literally everything because of it, so I don't see it happening. Would be fun if they had some experimental modes to try out things like that, though.
  • An LGBT flag isn't politics; it's supporting people that need it, and I was just giving examples of possibilities. The LGBT charm is the easiest example, just because I've seen streamers come across it and literally pause what they're doing to cheer. It can mean a lot to people to see that stuff in something as mundane as…
