Event items are the orange-yellow ones. Artifact is the Purple one ( to the left of event, right of ultra rare ) Haven't seen any artifact item ever. Even legacy are Ultra rare

There are 2 options. He hacked it or accidently was given it too early. Most likely hacked it. Heared somewhere these items will be avaiable on Deathgarden early access release somewhere in August

It's even worse than I thoutgh. The lunge sound is also the same (Bone ,,clapish" like), they basically just changed the model without any minor corrections. Literally unplayable
