I think we need to just get over it and find a way to master legion. As most people think Freddy is weak, he is not, and i'm certain the are just scary Freddy mains, that will make you reconsider your thoughts on him. Same can go with legion, we just need to find a way to master him

Really underrated killer. If you use her power well enough, you can even ignore and prevent strong loops and mindgame survivors. And yea, strong basement match, but you will not play basement every game. If you want to play good as hag, learn how to use her traps effectively. There are plenty of guides from good hag mains…

Yea, but i'm also saying, that when you play as survivor, as base power "no skill checks warning or closing the gap" will be more frustrating then simple extra regression. So yea, regression should be base, if we see this change to HEX perks.

you can lower it to 3-4%. I think no skill check warning as base power can be less enjoyable

it's called hex perk buff, not killer buff

as base NOED can still give 4% speed boost, so it was at least something

I think, it will come with time. The more you play the more you understand that there is other ways to be effective as killer without crutch perks like NOED
