  • I think BHVR should just add a NASCAR based survivor and killer. They can be covered with sponsorship and you can earn Auric Cells from playing as them. The more time you spend in line of sight of other players, the more you earn.
  • I enjoy the Twins. I would just like it to be easier and quicker to switch between the two.
  • I would love to see a killer that can change the terrain by making walls appear and disappear. Someone who can mess with the map. Or a second Nicolas Cage, but this time he's the killer.
  • I used to play a lot when the post game chat could be absolutely horrific, so I have a habit of immediately skipping the post game chat if I'm anything other than mediocre (IE, I do poorly or good). That said, I've noticed people lately really want to make sure they say something, so they post on my Steam profile. I don't…
  • A few months ago I was called a tunnler after taking down all four survivors. The thing was, none of them were doing generators. They were a young or if their way to get me to chase them. Running at me, flicking their flashlights. I think they were a group that regularly pulled this stuff because they didn't attempt to…
  • See, I think it could work both ways. Some weather only changes the atmosphere and other forces you to change how your play. Just imagine Ormand. It's night and the snow is so heavy that you have near whiteout conditions. You make a run through the snow, only to bump into the killer. It's a mad dash to escape. You can't…
  • Thanks for that. I have gone back to the hook immediately after an unhook plenty of times, but that's generally because I hadn't even gotten out of the vacinity yet and it would be faster to go after the unhooker than it would be to hunt someone else. Maybe I'm in the wrong, but I don't think I should feel guilty about…
  • I don't know whether to agree or disagree with this one. I've had a blast playing as the Skull Merchant and won many games as her. As I'm not great with killers, I'm inclined to agree. On the flip side, however, I've never had a difficult time against her as a Survivor. She has been one of the easier killers for me to go…
  • Well, in the old days there was a lot of, "You suck. You should #########." Now most people won't talk in the post game chat. Usually if they are upset, they'll leave a nasty comment on my Steam profile.
  • I don't see it as often, but I can think of many games I tried in the past where I couldn't get more than 5 steps from hooking a survivor before seeing someone run to save them. I'd down everyone and they'd accuse me of camping. It's like dude, it's not camping if you're not even giving me time to leave the area,…
  • You both make good points. I think a compromise could be to sacrifice items for shards. Obviously not many shards, but all my characters have so much junk that they'll never use. Like who uses the items that affect the mist? Maybe 5 shards for a basic item, 15 for a yellow, etc.
  • Why would you alt tab?
  • This event is boring.
  • Agreed. There are really only two maps that do anything unique: The backwater swap and the Gideon Meat Factory. The Gideon Meat Factory has doors that open when you complete generators and the Backwater Swap blows a horn when you complete the one in the boat. I really think they dropped the ball with the Silent Hill map.…

  • I had a killer challenge the other day where after hooking a survivor, a moving glyph would appear and I had to chase and catch it before it disappeared. I needed to get two of them in a single match I think it was. So after I got my hooks, I'm chasing this erratically moving glyph and the thing never moved too far from…
  • Lol, yes. Many people can't handle losing. If the killer wins, he must be playing dirty.
  • Survivors don't want to play anymore. They want to ruin around the killer and if they get hit once, they immediately quit. I had multiple games yesterday where I was the only survivor who didn't quit as soon as something didn't go my way.

  • It has become my experience that survivors don't want to play the game anymore. They ignore gens and just mess with the Killer.
  • Once, right after they implemented it. I don't think the killer knew about the rule change. He seemed surprised and flustered that it happened.
  • I prefer green regression. I feel it adds to tension and encourages you to risk going back to a potentially dangerous area. Gen blocking is slow and annoying. As a Survivor, you just kind of have to stay out of sight until they are unblocked.
  • Lol, no. The game is a piece of cake when Survivors actually play. Survivor has been easy mode for a long time. That's one reason I think they are screwing around so much now. If anything, it should be way harder for survivors. Survivors should never feel like they're safe. Lights out was a step in the right direction. I…
  • Back when killers were something to fear. I still remember a game years ago in the old junkyard. There were two gens left and they were both near each other. The huntress had killed two of us already. It was intense and exhilarating. One of the best matches I ever had. This was back when you could still use keys to open…
  • I've actually gotten to the point that if it's clear that the other survivors only want to screw around, I'll just quit the match. I don't have the patience for it anymore. If I have completed a task such as a daily or tomb, I'll go wait the match out somewhere and do something else. I'll let the killer kill me or hide in…
  • I would like to see perks that have drawbacks. Like, and I'm just spitballing here, "Survivor gets 300% speed boost for 10 seconds, but there is a 7% they trip and fall like a dumbass. Player must perform three successful skill checks to get up and run again. First successful skill check will allow survivor to crawl.…
  • If my teammates are actually playing the game, no. I will try to make sure everyone is there before I bail. As soon as everyone arrives though, I leave. No sense prolonging the game. However, if my team is being ######### heads, and lately that's more often than not, I will absolutely bail and hope the killer gets their stupid…
  • You know, this may be one reason may Survivors often go out of their way to taunt the killer. Honestly, you should get survival points for managing to stay hidden and not seen being the killer. Having to get the majority of points from being chased encourages bad behavior. I've had many games where I do phenomenal and the…
  • As a Survivor, the traps are generally pretty easy to avoid as long as you look. They're really only a threat when you are panick running. And remember, the Trapper can get in his own traps too, so it's a double edged sword.
  • And the price is obscene
  • It's an obscene price to pay for all of the cosmetics. I was going to buy them all, but they're insane if they think I'm going to pay more than $20 for the whole set.
  • I was going to buy every one of them, but at $14 each, BHVR is our of their minds.
  • My characters are full of pages of items I will never use.
  • I had a lot of fun as both Killer and Survivor. I didn't run into the tunneling everyone was complaining about and loved the added tension when I played Survivor. And when I played as a Killer, everyone played the game instead of spending their time messing with the Killer. It was by far the most fun I've had playing in…
  • Survivor is ridiculously easy. So much so that many survivors don't even try to play the game but would rather just mess some with the killer. I often get paired with these people when I play survivor and it's incredibly boring. If I end up playing against survivors like this as the killer it's even more annoying.
  • I'm not saying to eliminate the four perk slots, though I would be fine with survivors having just 3 perk slots. I'm just wanting one ability each survivor has exclusively to themselves that they always have every game. It doesn't have to be major either. Just something to make each survivor functionally different, even…
  • I would love to have a way to turn them in, even if only for a fraction of the bloodpoints received. Or maybe something small like a couple iridescent shards so we could eventually use them for cosmetics. I have so many junk items I will never use.
  • Why would you play a horror game if you are uncomfortable with the expected themes?
  • I've always felt killers should have an extra slot specifically for totems, simply because they can be snuffed out.
  • As a Survivor main, this was the most fun I've had in years with the game. I hate to say it but I find many survivors just want to ######### around with the killer and not actually play the game. I prefer it greatly when the Killer has a huge advantage. It increases the tension.
  • And if the killer did that, everyone else would finish all the generators and escape rather quickly. I will say that my complaint is from a Survivor perspective because as a Killer, the game has never been easier because of this. Everyone just bum rushes the hook and all the killer has to do is stand that and smack them…
  • Or "Stop camping the hook!" Not really camping if the killer can see all three of you bum-rushing to save your buddy. Survivors put no effort into doing a safe hook rescue anymore.
  • Since I primarily play Survivor and I remember when someone could be taken down immediately after being unhooked, it was very fun. People had to be much more methodical about unhooking their teammates and not just blindly run in right in front of the killer. The instant takedown risk made for a much more enjoyable and…
  • That would've been awesome. I was surprised they brought in Ash but no deadite.
  • Maybe you all have great experiences, but I generally find they don't wait for the killer to get remotely far enough way. Most of the time for me, the killer is back within five seconds and I get immediately hooked again.
  • Doesn't matter how you play, if you get one kill or four, then you are a "camping #########" as they say. On the same token, if you get two or less kills, it's "easy peasy. LOL, you suck." Doesn't matter in the slightest how you played or they played, they will almost always trash talk the killer at the end.
  • In my experience, most people judge poorly.
  • Really? Because I've been killed nearly every single time some fool tried to heal me right in front of the hook and I get chopped down while I'm being "healed".
  • Or the dipshits who unhook your and then immediately heal you right in front of the hook
  • One of my best games ever was against the huntress. One survivor bailed as soon as the game loaded. Three against one We worked to repair the generators and accidently made the last ones very close together. Another survivor was hooked leaving only us two and we still had to repair two more generators. It took a while but…
