That depends on what each killer's definition of a "win" even is. For some of us, simply getting 8 hooks is a win.
-
What the hell is a "skiller"? Some kind of new hybrid between a Survivor and a Killer? I'm actually kinda terrified now just thinking about it.
-
Why 2017 as the cutoff? What about 2018? If you started playing DBD before the cosmetic shop existed and when pallet vacuums were still a thing, I think you have a right to be considered an 'old school ' DBD vet. I started playing right after Pig came out and remember old BNPs and old Shrine as well. (Perks in the Shrine…
-
SWF and the HUD icons existing completely nullifies this argument.
-
except you're not doing more when slugged compared to being on the hook. Holding down a button to slowly recover is the same as hitting skillchecks while in Struggle phase. You're only other argument for why slugging is somehow less boring than being hooked essentially boils down to "dedicate you're build to situational…
-
Not sure if I like the idea of having an entire separate mode dedicated to it but yeah I would like if they made the randomized perks from that one event tome challenge a permanent feature that you can choose to toggle for yourself whenever you're bored. Would be a lot more convenient compared to having to open up a…

Her iri add-ons definitely need to be either removed or reworked entirely. You literally can't if she's running double iri add-ons, like the game I had against her on Red Forest the other night. Pure cancer. Slugging every survivor and refusing to hook anyone until all 4 players are down may not be inherently "toxic" but…
-
If they ever did a Walking Dead chapter I'm pretty sure they'd have Rick Grimes or Michonne as the survivor. (Personally I think it would be neat if they went with Lee Everett from season 1 of the TellTale game. They could have his lore be that when he was dying and dosing off, he opens his eyes to find out that instead of…
-
No, they do not. Haven't for 2-3 years now. Edit: 69th post for me, nice!
-
The fact that killers can completely negate this perk simply by running Fearmonger (which is a very common perk these days) is pretty lame. At the very least they should buff it so that it also works on healing skillchecks (Hyperfocus and Stake Out already do so why not Fogwise?)
-
I can't be the only one who has negative memories of this event right? Literally only one event gen/hook spawned pre-offerings, so if you were the only one who used an event offering and both of your hooks were on the far side of the map from where survivors would go down? Then oh well too bad! Or if you played survivor…
-
So it seems Spine Chill has gone the way of Iron Will and DS where it now only exists to take up space on the perk selection screen. Sad, as I had just recently started using it in my solo Q builds the last couple weeks.
-
*cries in console*
-
I'll take a Legion over a 5-millionth Wesker any day of the year at this point.
-
With a blanket statement like that (which couldn't be farther from the truth btw) I find it hard to believe you've actually been playing this game for 7 years.
-
What in the world are you talking about? Selfish survivors who use perks like Left Behind and Sole Survivor get the smoke here all the time on these forums, mostly from other survivor players.
-
DBD is an asymmetrical, horribly unbalanced mess. People like you who keep trying to treat it as a competitive e-sport game will never cease to be ######### hilarious to me. Thanks for the laughs, I needed it today.
-
This is a terrible idea that doesn't give any valid solutions. As lame as people killing themselves on hook at 5 gens is, forcing them to stay isn't going to cause them to magically keep playing. Instead most of the time they'll just go afk for the rest of the match or until the killer offs them. also what about scenarios…
-
Wesker, Blight, and Oni. You hate Pig yet you have her in your pfp? :sus:
-
I'll take "Overused Jokes That Haven't Been Funny Since 2017" for $800, Alex.
-
Cheating? Nah. But it's still only been a little over 2 months since they changed the prestige system. So anyone who has a character p100 that isn't some streamer who plays DBD for a living, needs to touch grass.
-
I know for a fact you're not to argue that Left For Dead is easier to get than Evil Incarnate. Or that it somehow requires less luck. L4D requires you to let your entire team die while hoping that your last teammate happens to die at 1 gen left with the last gen being at least 70-90% done, finishing said gen before killer…
-
I got Evil Incarnate on my 2nd attempt back in 2019. Meanwhile almost half-a-decade later since I first started playing and I still haven't gotten Left For Dead nor will i probably ever.
-
There is no pregame chat if you're on console though....
-
I remember when wiggle DS was a thing (seriously i completely forgot that it was ever a thing until a few weeks ago when I was taking a trip down memory lane going through a bunch of my old DBD clips from 2018, and came across a clip where I was carrying a Claudette to a hook and literally at the exact same time that I…
-
I have noticed that Steves have a tendency to get tunneled a lot. Especially if they happen to be wearing Scoops Ahoy gear. Something about it just really pisses them off for some reason lmao (either that or the killers are just trying to ask if they can get free ice cream idk)
-
Wow. Pretending to be afk the whole match and then killing everyone with NOED. How very 2016 of you.
-
If you don't see the issue with someone just wanting to play slug-a-thon all game long then I honestly don't know what to tell you. We can talk about certain killers needing buffs/QoL changes any day of the week, I'm all for that. But going out of your way to play like a this is not the way. If you're struggling that much…
-
This whole "X killer is weak so it's ok when people use them to play in the most boring/scummy/unfun way possible for both sides" argument needs to stop already. Same with busted add-ons that happen to be on lower tier killers (Tombstone, Tuft of Hair as examples)
-
Solo Q teammates
-
*Inner Strength Also, while I wouldn't be opposed to that idea necessarily, finding lockers is the least difficult thing to find on just about any map. They're pretty much everywhere especially since Dredge was added to the game.
-
Damn, that's it!? They couldn't even at least round of up to half a mil?
-
Only because of all that extra space in the far back corners next to the house. Those corners are usually just giant deadzones with nothing in them except a bunch of large bushes and rocks, so players don't usually ever go to those spots. All of the major points of interest feel very centralized. You have the main house…
-
Garden of Joy is small as hell wth are you talking about? It's gotta be up there with Coal Tower and Wreckers Yard as one of the smallest maps in the game. Also Eyrie is not very big either. For all the flack that map gets, the one criticism I'll never understand about it is people whining that it's "too large" like I can…
-
Iron Will. Also miss getting bloodpoint stacks from BBQ and WGLF
-
First world problems are a #########, ey?
-
Yeah my Outbreak Breakout progress is at 45% (9 out of 20) already and it hasn't even been a full 2 weeks yet. Not sure how anyone can possibly say that that achievement is harder to get than Left For Dead. Outbreak Breakout you'll at least get just by playing the game over time. While Left For Dead requires pure dumb luck…
-
Ok, sure. And now killers don't even respect DS or play around it anymore because they know that nobody runs it cus it's so 💩 Reeeeaal healthy.
-
"All 3-gen situations are the fault of the survivors" Yes, because there have never been killers in the history of DBD, that have ever purposely picked out a nasty 3-gen either right from the start of the match or middle of the match and spent the rest of the game being territorial and sticking around that one area. /s So…
-
How is killers being able to straight up tunnel someone and only get "punished" with a measly 2-second stun at all healthy for the game?
-
Any Means Necessary + Windows of Opportunity Soul Guard + Unbreakable Residual Manifest + Blast Mine (before they gutted Blast Mine RIP) Deliverance + Breakdown Smash Hit + Parental Guidance Adrenaline + Poised Resurgence + Solidarity
-
Surprised no one has mentioned Wesker. He's already becoming the King of Tunneling in my experience. Even if he's in the middle of chasing someone, the second you get unhooked he shamelessly runs straight back to the hook to tunnel even with 4 gens still up. Happens in like at least 60% of my matches against him.
-
Laurie for the survivor and then either Freddy or Pig for killer. Gonna be a while before I get there though.
-
I'll be the first person in this thread to try to answer this question seriously. Trickster,. Legion, Ghostface, Hag, Sadako,. Nurse, Spirit and Amanda. Maybe Wraith. And I'd also say Wesker. I've never played any of the RE games so I have no idea how powerful he is in those but in DBD he comes off as such a tryhard spaz…
-
my Laurie is p10 but I've been spending my bp into the new characters getting them to p3. Once I finish that I'll continue leveling her to be my p100survivkr. Still haven't decided who I want to be my p100 killer yet. Leaning towards someone like Freddy or Piggy.
-
I swear if all this complaining about Hyperfocus somehow leads the devs to nerfing Stake Out instead, ima be sad. Tapp is one of only a handful of survivors that has three solid teachable perks. He doesn't deserve to be done dirty like that.
-
Because I need those totems for my Inner Strength.
-
I was kinda surprised when they gave Ash, Tapp, Bill and the Stranger Things characters Christmas sweaters that one year but not Laurie. Would love it if she were to get a sweater this year. Maybe one that's black with orange jack-o-lanterns and stuff on it or something along the lines of that.
-
This. Nothing is more demoralizing than when you're in Iridescent and spend four games in a row busting your ass off to become 1 pip away from reaching the next grade level, only to have it all taken away because you end up going against a *BEEP*ing Nurse. Dying in less than 5 minutes because of circumstances that are…
-
I never really understood the point of having map offerings in the game and why you get as many as you do in your bloodwebs..... Until now. After pretty much moving into RPD the last three days (and I STILL run into dead ends and occasionally have trouble trying to navigate through it) I think tomorrow I'm gonna start…
