I disagree. 2 of us left at 3 gens, if we play smart and careful we have a good shot. I'm not very good, either, I still miss skill checks and can't get out of a chase, pretty new to survivor. As a longtime killer, I thought there would be lots of "it's hopeless now, how do we make the most of it?" but that's not been my…

I love the iron-man-mode of no perks, but I'd rather be able to see.
-
Thing is, sure it's fun for you to play this way, but it's not a realistic idea for public matches. Playing against bots sucks, free will and unpredictability is what we're here for. Making a killer not tunnel is like making a survivor not get gens done as quickly as they can. I love the idea of a killer getting BP+ for…
-
It's all about attitude. I've loved playing killer all along, recently tried survivor and I can't get enough. Solo-queue, can't get out of a chase to save my life, lovin' it. Only unlocked a few perks. I get the sh*t kicked out of me a whole lot, because it's hard. See? It's hard, so the losses don't hurt and the wins are…

Thanks guys, my world of pretend Fog music is expanded.
-
I know there's a better way to post these, but BubbaDredge an idiot except when writing lyrics about DBD. Here's my metal version: https://youtu.be/Rs1Dp-T2Ji8
-
I'm as happy as a Dredge gets! It makes sense that something I want would happen while I'm complaining. No bah humbug here! Merry Xmas to all and all that stuff! Back to the game now, I had to click out when I realized what an old fool I was.

If it can be a dating game, it can be pretty much anything.
-
Thank you so much! Suno is a lot of fun to play with, it won't replace real musicians, but if you need a bunch of songs about Leatherface, it works. :)
-
I'd like to see that second one put to music.
-
But you're not supposed to rely on a playstyle that's completely ruined by certain killers, you have to be versatile to win consistently on either side. Stealth killers feel the same way about aura-reading, but that's the game. Your whole team uses flashlights? I brought Lightborn, now your whole team plays differently or…
-
Proximity chat, have to be close to whisper to each other, the killer should hear talking when close enough or you're too loud. Let somebody yell or act a fool, the killer will handle it. I think it would be a ton of fun. If I could hear a survivor yelp when I jump-scare them, I would play twice as much.
-
Well thank you, it's mutual. That's a big part of my love for DBD. I don't even like being evil in SP games, DBD is the only place I can have fun doing it.
-
That's it exactly! Sometimes during a trial it happens. We should be enemies, that's part of the fun, but we have way more in common with each other than we might realize. Those were some great moments, easier to remember than a big win. Early phases in this game, sometimes it's so hard it makes the other team seem evil. I…

Is the void part of it for you guys? I'm 3+ genning a lot lately, because survivors go to the void and after I get tired of following, I just kick all the gens and set things up in a way that makes sure the time they waste hurts them more than me. They come out all healed up, but I've regressed the gens I didn't want them…
-
I actually felt a little silly about it, but your kind response made me not care. Cool name, btw.
-
I like your style.
-
When people play with a gimmick, hoping to win without skill, I don't put any weight in their opinions.
-
Ultimate Weapon is once per minute. Activate it, 30 seconds active, 30 second cooldown.
-
So how much rubber-banding would survivors need to entice them into finishing the game instead of acting like idiot children? It's not worth it to try and won't end well, so waiting out the 1 hour timer is reasonable? They need another option? How about playing the ######### game? If survivors don't want to reward the killer…

Kim needs to have a talk with my zombies.
-
What I should have said, Everyone play the stuff that gets us all the fat payouts.
-
Survivors should be able to start a custom match with no killer.
-
I agree, I'm just saying IF. I would settle for once, that wouldn't be a deal-breaker. I don't wanna gather moon--points or anything.
-
They don't stack? Clearly the favor's to me, since I didn't know that and it's very useful information. Alrighty.
-
I didn't assume, I saw how they popped in the lobby. I don't have any bias towards SWFs, but unless I'm last in the lobby, I try to know who's a solo. I don't want to pressure a hook if it's a solo, the game's hard enough for them. A bluff might get them killed, not what I want or what I get the most points for. But I also…

Just gonna leave this here... https://youtu.be/2uwBMMqIw2Y

Most the time I don't know which one that is. I'll check them all, right after I check under the hook. You can be mad at the killer for coming back, but you should do so from somewhere else. That's alls I'm saying.
-
I don't want it to be a struggle to become/stay the werewolf, though. I'm ok with earning it the first time, but I don't want to spend half the match not-a-werewolf.
-
Not coming back to tunnel, coming back because we know that instead of doing the obvious thing, you'll just heal right there. That's not tunneling anyway, but that's not the point. Since you know killers always come back there, why stay?
-
They're going for everyone, so it's good you're getting used to it.
-
Basekit moris when everyone's down. As to "when will BO/map offering/hook offering mean a guaranteed escape?" Not as long as I'm playing.
-
I mained Bubba for years, it's still winnable. Fighting off a coordinated team isn't a freebie, that's all I'm saying. Bubba is hands-down the best at dealing with a group, but once he uses his charges, he's M1 for several seconds, more than enough for unhooking. Bubbas don't bring M1 perks, so it's safer than other…
-
Once I started getting a little better at DBD, I heard the term "tryhard" and "sweaty". So weird, especially since I wasn't trying that hard. Apparently, I win a lot of my games because the other team isn't trying hard. Which makes no sense considering how upset they get when they lose. I'm not the one trying the wrong…
-
Rapid Brutality helped me to really notice Bloodlust when I don't bring it. I kind of like that's it's a trade-off. Either can be very helpful and I like having a choice.
-
The good chase, for me (killer), is when the survivor is good. I like playing pallets and trying to catch at windows, if a survivor can keep me busy, keep me thinking it's gonna happen, then dodging or tricking me, that's the best chase. Like other's said, learning is what you do when you play against better players. I'll…
-
I think I should be able to spread slipstream by shooting survivors a couple times. His power is ok and can be effective, but I just don't want to shut down and look at cameras. Even when I find someone quick and get a teleport, I'd have rather just had a notification show me where to run. I just don't like stopping, it…
-
I unlocked her, but never tried her until the changes were made because I don't play gen defense, I chase. I'm doing well with her and having fun.
-
I like free points, doesn't put me in a bad mood.
-
I've never used a Tombstone addon in my life, but last night I had to play some Myers for a challenge, had people DCing immediately at least a couple times.
-
Not to mention it's uncommon enough that flashers will just keep trying, giving you that 8 second aura every time. I consider it a perk that fills a slot unless I need that slot, but I get so much value. Agitation is the other slot-filler, and the two of them save me a ton of time on hooking. I don't have to look around, I…
-
I think that's the reason they won't, though. Predator is 100% coming, but I don't know about next.
-
I give it a thumbs up. I've had survivors the kept me near the hook and I've had smart survivors, too. No problems at all. I got to test it last night, had a bot on hook, went back and just facecamped like a fiend. Worked great, surprisingly fast if you're standing right there. The bot started trying as soon as I got back,…

When I first started this game, I figured the type that would volunteer to be a victim in a horror game must be tough as nails. I immediately discovered the exact opposite, the typical survivor player wants an easy escape and an opportunity to tb at the exit. Anything else might make them DC. Delicate little flowers, not…
-
I did mention it a little, but it's not really an issue if you think about it. I like to do my challenges, but sometimes it's not meant to be. If you're trying to get pallet stuns and I'm your killer, I'm your favorite killer, I'll take 'em. However, if I'm playing Bubba, you should probably wait until your next trial.…
-
There's a youtuber, Bazazell, that has a strat where he slugs rather than hooks, but he's doing it for efficiency, that's what I was imagining. But you're right, if a killer slugs instead of hooks, there's considerably more chances for survivors to be picked up and play. A survivor might get picked up ten+ times before…
-
Losing isn't really fun for killers, either. I think going for hooks is both better and healthier, but at the same time, nobody expects survivors to win in a way that killers will enjoy. Often the exact opposite. I like survivors, I like people who share this game with me, but survivors aren't known for being nice to…
-
You like chases more than kills, you're playing wrong. People who lay on the ground a long time aren't in chase for a long time. Typically a unhook leads to a chase, you get an unhook notification, there's two survivors, chase one. Let the survivors play more, you'll get way more chases. Let them take chances and they…
-
Killers have perks and powers = hand holding We're so spoiled, being allowed to play.
-
I feel like this is exactly the issue. I try to play in the way I consider "best". I'm not trying to end the trial early or draw it out forever. Best games are when I get survivors that's feel the same way. They could hit gens and hide when I patrol and probably win. I could tunnel and probably win. It's way more fun when…
