I can understand people complaining about their character not getting some love, but I don't understand people complaining about a character getting a skin.

I'm not sure, but it would be very helpful if Jolt procs with abilities and lockers. The only very broken thing I can think of is Oni and you can hunt.

It's a good idea, it doesn't affect the worst killers too much but it does affect the best ones. I prefer this to the 5 seconds coming back.
