the game tries to match you based on two criterias: region rank if the game can't detect one of the two, it will expand the search up until a certain point, in the case of ranks, it's about one color forward or one color back (depending on the color you're in at the time of match search)

what difficulty? the rift works with the XP of devotion, it's literally so easy to level up, including the archives and the rest PLUS 70 days of rift time, you're practically able to finish it in no time, even if you play 5 matches a day

Spirit isn't that bad to face, the only real issues is prayer beads (but that has been already talked about enough) and the collisions when phasing. Other than that she is fine and dandy like brandy
