I think he's in the same realm of clown as being a one-trick-pony. Great in chase, but weak everywhere else. Sure, he may feel completely oppressive in chase, but he has no map pressure and very limited mobility. I personally think it's a fair design to have killers excel in one area and be very lackluster in the others.
-
I mean, there's the acidic blood iri addon at least, but I could see how that's underwhelming
-
Why would you want that? It makes so much sense that the massive, unstoppable bioweapon who can destroy buildings with his fists uses a… whip… that takes 3 shots to down…
-
This is way too funny 💀
-
I agree with this ever since I got sent to RPD 4 games in a row 😭
-
If someone BM's me when I'm playing killer, I just don't give them hatch or let them escape if I have won. If I'm not in a position of winning, I just go next. I don't think it's worth getting upset over personally. As survivor, I never BM. I just play and do my best to escape
-
I've noticed this while playing Huntress in 2v8 as well. I'll throw a hatchet and think to myself 'oh, that's gonna miss' then I see the survivor take damage…
-
plot twist, it'll just be 4 blight add-on reworks instead 😭
-
I was thinking a new map for Lery's as well. Maybe an asylum, a version of the treatment theatre before it became the black site, or even that remote testing site the doctor went to? I love the aesthetic of Lery's, so getting a new map in the realm would be sick!
-
Woohoo, that's good to hear. I want to go around in the Santa skin and just throw confetti bottles
-
I do somewhat agree. I just try to keep 1v4 fresh by always trying out new builds on different killers. Admittedly, even that can become a little stale.
-
My best moment was when the hatch spawned 5 feet from me at shack, so I of course went running for it. There was a Jake not far behind me. I got within a foot of the hatch and got stuck in a trap and the Jake ran right past me into the hatch. He felt so bad for leaving me that he sent me a message apologizing afterwards
-
It definitely sucks. I really want that Santa Clown skin but I'm not gonna buy the whole bundle for it. Let's hope they're up for individual sale during Christmas
-
I am so excited for them to add more as well. Some of the potential combos are so interesting to me, like plague and oni.
-
IIRC, the mode is only limited as of now so the devs can incorporate feedback and fine tune it before it becomes permanent and they add more content. So at least we know that it will be here to stay in the future!
-
I fully agree! I love this mode as an alternative to the normal gameplay. I'm so excited for more killers to be implemented in the future. I've found the unique classes and abilities the most interesting so far
-
I know it's a skill issue since I'm way better at killer than survivor, but I haven't won once as survivor and have won nearly every match as killer so far. Granted, I don't care about winning in this mode since it's purely just chaotic and goofy fun

This may help: Connect your storage device to your Xbox. Turn on your console. Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info and choose Reset console. Select Reset and keep my games & apps. This resets the Xbox operating system and deletes any corrupted data without deleting your games or apps
-
Absolutely. I love the way it looks, but the gameplay is dreadful
-
It definitely is not a pleasant sight to see the fat man in a clown costume heading your way 😭
-
I am biased as a clown main, but I think he's fair. You can still pull down pallets when he gasses you. You're just slowed down. Remember too that he is one of the strongest 1v1 killers in the game, but he has literally nothing else. No map pressure, no remarkable mobility, nothing. A big counter to him is to pre drop…
-
It's funny to me that Clown is as quiet as he is. Yes, the 7 foot tall, 450 pound man with comically large shoes barely makes any walking noise
-
Strong agree. I find it equally miserable on both sides, so I guess that somehow makes it balanced?
-
Definitely RPD for me. I love how the map looks, but I cannot stand playing on it. Honorable mention to Eyrie of Crows and Garden of Joy as well.
-
I love the idea of running terminus on plague. Might have to give this one a try!
-
Mine is definitely Trickster. To me, he has the most boring power. It feels like you don't have many options to avoid it a lot of the time. I also hate his visual design.
-
Am I the only one who doesn't care if it's balanced one way or another? I think it'll just be a funny mode to mess around in
-
I had a game yesterday where BT off hook didn't apply and where 4 gens remaining went to 1 after the survivors only repaired one. They obviously play tested this patch very thoroughly.
-
🤣 Pretty sure this game has been in Beta for 8 years now…
-
I also experienced this recently. I thought I just waited the endurance out, but it was still way too soon from the unhook for it not to be an endurance hit.
-
This is why running fun builds and not caring about winning is the key 😃
-
As a killer main, it feels super killer sided and unfair to survivors now. It feels like an easy win for every killer I've played as on it, even including the ones I'm complete dogwater with.
-
Haha this is a great idea @Kjøttkaker ! For me, my favorites are Nea and Cheryl. Nea because I love the jokes about her being the entity and because I always have good experiences with her both on my team and against her. Cheryl is my other favorite because she's my survivor main and I find her players to be the funniest…
-
The weird thing for me is that I usually have a harder time with the default skin/free cosmetic Neas. I can usually get the bright ones.
-
Referring to them as stinky makes so much sense lmao
-
I fully agree, that stupid bald head makes me so mad for no reason
-
Clown and Hillbilly. Imagine being that slow from the afterpiece tonic and then the Hillbilly chainsaw sprinting at you while invigorated with overdrive
-
Knight - I love his aesthetic but I find his power to be bland and clunky to use. Might very well change in the patch he's getting soon. Trickster - Just don't like his aesthetic at all and find his power so boring to play as and against. Blight - I suck as Blight and find his power so goofy to use.
-
I can see how its frustrating this way, but the explanation I agree with the most for the hatch is to prevent the last survivor from hiding indefinitely. The hatch gives the killers a chance to trigger the end game collapse and find the last one at either of the doors. I think the hatch and its endgame collapse mechanic is…
-
I really like this idea. The only thing I question is when the killer instinct for the last survivor would activate. Would it be immediately when there is only one survivor left? Really great ideas here though imo
-
This is how I feel with singularity as well. In nearly every game I play, I will get at least a 2K, but I feel like I have to try as hard as possible to even achieve that. I know that it's a skill issue and that there are some insane singularity players out there, but I can say that his play style is just not for me.
-
@GeneralV You were the first person I thought of reading this. As a fellow huge fan of Freddy, I am so excited to see what they do for him. Let's hope they make him decently viable!
-
I fully agree. It would also be awesome for him to have a unique pallet break animation. Maybe something that uses the dream world and his powers. And of course some power updates would be nice as well…
-
In the event game mode I carried somebody to the hatch and then remote hooked them while they were directly over it. I feel guilt over this misdeed to this day
-
I have played a ton of Freddy and I fully agree. He's still one of my favorite killers in the game, but it's gotten so bad playing him that during matches as him I'll think "I could be playing someone else with an actually useful power right now." So some buffs/changes would be great!
