Dragon's Grip is that 4th perk, punishing survivors for not letting the gen regress or punishing them for letting it regress.

Deliverance, Sprint Burst/Dead Hard could easily make it work. You can run a killer for a while if you have a nearby pallet or window.

survivors don't need a nerf at all. not saying killers do, but the kill rate across the entire game with every killer at all ranks is still like 75%. throw the part of the community that put up with killer's lack of consideration a bone.

How is that a buff? After crushing victor, it takes like 5 seconds for him to regrow, it lets people just play victor the whole match cause he has no terror radius and can jump through windows and over pallets. He needs a 20 second regrow at least. And make him go splat if he pounces into a wall. Punishment for missing.
