Needs some tuning, personally I think that the perk should become deactivated upon entering a locker. That tech is dirty and annoying because it's forcing the killer to leave them (to potentially full heal due to Nancy's perk) and leaving no risk for survivors. Also, with enduring being nerfed, DS remained untouched like…

Balancing around "fun" is why survivors are generally OP and there's very few killers that can actually deal with them effectively. Nurse is a necessary evil.

I don't want to play Claudette, I don't like how certain members of the cast can be practically invisible (P3 Claudette) while other's can barely hide from sight. I know that looping is the most viable way to playing, but being immersive can be useful from time to time.

Protect your Ruin for as long as you possibly can, try to Mori someone if you have one, and making sure Discordance is running is extremely nice to slow the game down a bit. What sucks is that not all Killers are made equal, and the ones that can move across the map quickly will always be better at this than others.

Intentional disconnecting needs to have some sort of punishment beyond simply removing pips, in the grand scheme of things to the majority of the community; rank doesn't matter.
