Looping is entirely how the game was intended. If looping was reworked to no longer be a viable mechanic, survivors would basically be gauranteed to be downed the moment they are found. This would be horrible.

Unfortunately the only solutions they have to this problem are: Hire on more devs, which will undoubtedly make the situation worse, given the added complexity of adding more devs. Switch game engines so the code isn't so co-dependent on everything else, which will never happen.

Yeah they should change it. At least with other killers that have harder to get daily rituals they can still be done in one trial if you're good enough with them. I think they're just grasping at straws to make people play Nemesis imo
