that means they have a valid reason to be blocked. You dont block people who are not doing anything wrong. If you get blocked often it means you throw, are a hacker or very toxic. Setting a cap will ultimately prevent people from blocking too many people so the queuetimes wont be affected except for the the individuals…

You can put a cap on the amount of people you can block (as long as its either a vpn block or a hardware block) so hackers will have a harder time yet queuetimes wont be as affected.

thing is, if you can only block X amount of accounts it would have to be IP banned since otherwise hackers will just get their other accounts.

And those people wont be matches with them anyways if they can't keep up with their skills. This really wont matter other than people eventually cockblocking themselves from their own matches.
