Cool license makes my brain dispense the funny juices.
-
There is definitely a difference between the amount of things the Killer needs to know, versus the amount of things the Survivor needs to know. While people calling out hacks when they see Mad Grit is really funny, it also shows that Survivors straight up don't know what some Killer perks do -- not to say either side…

God, dodging games 'cause of a specific character in the lobby is so 2016-2017. To answer the question, though: No, I don't. I do usually look out for names, though -- if I recognize someone who was particularly toxic to the other players in the match, I avoid entertaining them and just leave.
-
Nurse and Dead Hard may have damaged the game's balancing more than the likes of Legion have, especially due to the both of them causing a vicious cycle of constantly annoying people and making them play in less fun ways as the less fun ways also happen to be what counters Nurse and Dead Hard. At least, that's my opinion…
-
If Dead Hard was used for just dodging hits, I'd suck it up and admit that I got fooled into swinging at a Dead Hard. But its most frequently used for distance, meaning most chases just get straight up reset because the Survivor presses E and makes it to a pallet they otherwise would not have made it to. The problem with…

FU- I'd probably use Any Means Neccessary if Windows of Opportunity were deleted, and just stick to Overcharge on Huntress.
-
I already run a pretty non-standard build on my two mains, Huntress and Trickster. For Huntress, I have been running Agitation, Whispers, Lethal Pursuer and Overcharge/Nurse's Calling. Trickster's one is Whispers, Play With Your Food, Bamboozle and, again, Lethal Pursuer. I don't play Survivor much, but the only Survivors…

I think their idea is that doing it is not "honorable" (being honorable in a video game featuring fat clown man and 4 teenagers with knives who get migraines from running is very important, or so i am told) so everyone doing it, by default, has an "unfair advantage." Yeah, I don't get it either.
-
To be honest, I am all for shafting the meta up the arse as long as BBQ & Chili keeps its bloodpoint increase. I like number go up.
-
Yeah, that's my point. People complain about it being an "unfair advantage" like they themselves cannot turn their FOV and brightness up if such sliders are implemented.
-
Every time I see arguments against FOV and brightness sliders, its always that they will be an "unfair advantage." Like, y'know, they won't be options available to everyone or something.
-
thank you for this i hate it when the EBILL SEJUWZ force their NON-SEXY WOMZ onto my EPIC AND BASED BIDEO BAME!!!!
-
NGL its kind of incredible how everyone goes for one another's throats in these threads. Like, holy #########, we get it, being camped and tunnelled, or getting clicked at and having to deal with several second chance perks, is not fun. Have you considered just #########' sucking it up and moving onto the next match? People you…

i am one of those nerds who thinks no one should bring map offerings unless they really like the aesthetic 'n etc of a map they wanna go to tbh just think it'd be cool to go to a map cuz its pretty and fun instead of going to it cuz one side has glaring advantages or disadvantages in said map, y'know?
-
gonna cry and scream infront of their headquarters in canada as a result of this INSOLENT pro-killer bias of theirs
-
Nurse requires, by far, the most mechanical skill in the game -- to claim she isn't "even that hard to play" is just proof that you never even bothered to play Nurse yourself. Nurse has already gotten every nerf she needed, ie you do not get to have 5 blinks and literally never miss a swing due to the amount of corrections…
-
People have been playing more "scummy" on both sides, to be fair -- its just more noticeable on the Killer side since Killers have way more of a presence. It's not a bad thing if you love competitive stuff -- both sides doing their absolute best, resorting to "cheap" tactics (ain't cheap if its legit and wins you games…
-
The change is good, but the main problem with CoH was that every Survivor, within its vicinity, had free Self-Care and kind of Botany Knowledge, essentially giving them six perks. Will the perk be more bearable now? Yes. Will it still be really annoying? Probably also yes.
-
haddonfield gets changed to be a bit more bearable for more killers and suddenly the game is TOTALLY MISERABLE for survivors???? what
-
it's video game visuals, not your life savings man
-
I mainly play Killer and, to be honest, unless its for the Tome, I do not go for 4ks, so I rarely slug for the 4k -- letting the last Survivor get the hatch is easier anyway, and my MMR increasing not as much as it could is a nice bonus. Basically, as long as the Tome does not tell me to get a 4k, and the last Survivor…

gonna go up to my gay history teacher next time i have a class with him and screech at him like a banshee because he has a mustache and masculine gay men are over-represented in media compared to feminine men like myself
-
Holy #########, you should have just told me from the start that you were straight up concern-trolling. My mistake for not figuring this out earlier, I guess, but for anyone who does actually believe this ######### -- BHVR is obviously going to make more gay characters, David isn't the end-all-be-all for them.
-
Wow, so now it's just "nobody knows those games, they don't count?" You are really desperate to be right. Fine. You want "known games?" I'll give you bloody known games. Leo Kliessen from Tekken (AFAB, but very clearly gender non-conforming), Jun Kurosu from Persona 2, Varus from League of Legends and Thanatos & Achilles…
-
I think you have simply not been looking at the right games -- probably ones made by developers from countries where femininity amongst men aren't as accepted, because there are plenty of games with characters who are definitely feminine, and have been confirmed as at least bisexual by their devs -- Monster Prom & Camp…
-
Sorry, I saw this only after I responded to Anara, but I appreciate your understanding!
-
"Don't create a male character looking too feminine" I am sorry, but have you seen Trickster before? Cuz, if you think BHVR is somehow scared of making feminine men, I think you either never saw how Trickster dresses, or are just really dumb. This is not even mentioning the softer outfits characters like Jake, Jeff, Adam…
-
Because, to be honest, making a new survivor just for gay rep is kind of, y'know, gross? It'd send an actual bad message, too -- it'd tell people that BHVR is too scared of actually making any of their existing characters gay, and had to make a new one just to get gay people to shut up or look cool. Making David gay, at…
-
There is a bit of a difference between TERF Queen Rowling and BHVR's reveals, to be fair -- Rowling clearly did it for brownie points from his transphobic lesbian friends who drool at the sight of gay men, while BHVR doesn't really have that circle, so it was just more of a neat thing than a clear attempt at saving face or…
-
Gamer, I damn near bought thigh-highs for myself before I started feeling worried that my parents would find out and disown me. Some of my friends found out I am gay because I kept wanting to play the feminine men in the games we played together. I am the #########' "feminine gay" you are talking about, and I think your point…
-
Not gonna lie, this reads like concern-trolling more than actual concern. I am a gay man, and a pretty effeminate one, at that, and to be honest, it feels so reductionist towards the diversity among gay men, and the LGBTQ+ community in general, to claim that the first gay character of a video game being a masculine guy…
-
Hey! Achillean dude here! Comparing BHVR announcing David King is gay as a neat little thing to J.K. Rowling, well known transphobe and raging narcissist who might aswell exist only to serve the needs of horrible people, declaring Dumbledore gay for brownie points from the horrible people she surrounds herself with is a…
-
I love this argument so much. Not because it's good, oh no, but because it implies you'd need to design a character around their sexuality. Believe it or not, that's not how people work -- your sexuality being a part of your identity, I mean. People you see on Reddit whose "identities" revolve around jacking it to anime do…
-
Trickster always struck me as the type of person to be an Achillean. Everything about him just screams "I like pretty dudes" to me. Though I would imagine he is probably asexual, even if he is romantically into guys.
-
Neat! To be honest, I was expecting it to be either David, Felix or Ji-Woon if any pre-existing character was announced to be a member of the LGBTQ+ community, so this didn't come off as too much of a shock for me. This isn't something tremendous, but it's the little things, ya know? I'm pretty happy about this…
-
There is no better time to take a break from Dbd than literally any time you feel like it is necessary. I would honestly say just avoid the forums if you think it will help you feel better, though I think you can still play DbD if you just do not look at the end-game chat and such.
-
I am a gay asexual man (I only have romantic feelings towards men but I am not for the idea of having sex) and, yeah, I can understand the troubles people went through with people using Bubba's Claudette mask. I do not think face-camping was ever a part of the problem or a problem in its own right though -- it happens to…
-
There are some Killers who sincerely find doing things like slugging, facecamping or tunnelling fun, probably because the only way they feel happy is making others suffer, and there are those who do it simply out of a desire to win, which can also be their flavor of fun. I personally do not care about winning and my…
-
I think arguing that, with Killer nerfs, there will come a point where no one is playing Killer, is kind of silly, though it is evident that some people have been so sincerely bothered by changes to add-ons that they have uninstalled the game. While Gwinty is right in that there are simply things we do not know and that…
-
New Spirit has actually made me more inclined to play her, though her playstyle is not my cup of tea even with the changes. People who have dropped her over the nerfs are just upset they are not handed easy downs on a silver platter, and good. Learning is a part of Dead by Daylight, and I am glad they can start doing that…
-
Neither hours, nor reaching Rank 1 on the OLD rank system indicate skill or experience. I have around 600 hours, and have comfortably reached Rank 1 on Killer on the old rank system myself (I do not play Survivor, not my cup of tea really) and there have been times where I was ######### up bad by survivors with less hours or…
-
Are you sure you are not just bad at the game? This isn't some epic "lol git gud kid" response, you could genuinely just not be very good at Nemesis or Dead by Daylight in general. Not everything is the fault of a perk or Survivors being too powerful and, no offense, but I doubt you are one to talk about things if you can…
-
Clown's Pinky Finger nerf was probably because the add-on is pretty easy to use, so they wanted it to have some sort of downside -- it is the same logic as Iridescent Head, though applied to an add-on on a Killer that is objectively less powerful than Huntress. I do not mind the nerf, Clown didn't live off of Pinky Finger…
-
Got it with the money I had left from getting The New Colossus, but only because I couldn't find anything else to spend it on. I only care for the DLC for the Adept Twins achievement. Having all the Killer Adepts is fun.
-
Remember when we thought the Nightmare On Elm Street DLC was the worst this game was going to get? Then we thought it would be Blight? We sure didn't expect it to ever get this bad, huh?
-
BHVR's estimated annual revenue is currently $118.6M per year. The problem isn't related to the money the game makes or the number of players it has because, believe me, it has a healthy amount of both. The problem is that the devs do not listen and/or are actively ignorant of the problems with the stuff they put out.…

Chessmaster: You know a thing or two about deceiving people. All generators you damage regress slight/moderately/considerably faster and will emit no sparks while regressing.
