Nah, he's super slow. Remember that 100% (survivor speed) Is 4m/s. 115% is 4.6m/s and 110% is 4.4m/s. This means that 115% gains 0.6m for every second they chase a survivor whereas 110% is only 0.4m every second. 115% gains distance 50% faster than 110%.

The killer cannot read your aura when you are within 24/48/72 metres of him (based on survivors dead).

Killers protecting hooks is completely balanced. If you're referring to killers face camping a survivor purely to screw over that specific survivor with no benefit, then there's nothing overpowered about that. Killers that do that won't pip.

It's been super common lately for me as well. A fix I've heard is just making Survive With Friends lobby, even if you play by yourself. I haven't tried this though.
