  • I know with flashlights, it's because of the new way flashy saves work. Since the anti-clicking update, flashlight blinds before the animation is done (within 1/4 second) immediately stun the killer. The stun goes off on the frame when the killer would regain control, so they never get the chance to get the auto hook off.
