Honestly i think that would be way too strong. It would be a guaranteed stun on the killer in most scenarios with no counter play. Even Dead Hard is not that strong.

Believe me i want them both as individual characters! If they make a chapter just for Ellie and Joel, i will be the first one to buy them xD. I don't know how that would work, lore wise. I think the Idea is actually awesome. Each mori would be a different game mode. Love it. Also if people bring multiple offerings, just to avoid conflicts, the highest rarity will always be taken, and it's 50/50 if both killer and survivor have the same rarity.

I think Laura from Evil Within would fit the bill. Give her like a Oni dash, but instead be like a spider crawl sprint. Also some way to teleport through pools of blood like she does in the game.
