Babysitter might not be related to the bug as I've just encountered the same bug but no one had that perk in the lobby.
-
I've also encountered this bug! The survivor had: Dead Hard, Lithe, Decisive Strike and Windows of Opportunity.

Why are they removing Ivory and Ebony Moris? Those offerings are fine and a cool way to watch your skin as Killer… They are also adding the yellow moris basekit… but if they do those changes, the only way to watch the killer moris ingame is to tryhard as hard as you can and slug for the 4k? I don't think thats a good…

Ebony and Ivory Moris are iconic. Why would you ever remove them for yet another Bloodpoint-related offering? I hope the devs reconsider it and don't change them. 100% Agreed, I'm glad they want to try to reintroduce the finisher mori system, but BHVR doesn't need to touch the other 2 mori offerings at all. I don't want to…

Indeed, the small difference in Haste isn't what's keeping her winrate high; but against less experience survivors, she has too many weird mechanics that they don't understand and everything adds up. I want to find possible solutions to those, so BHVR doesn't need to nerf her "raw" strengths for higher MMR matches. "most…

To be honest, the eye glow idea might be a hard idea to implement because she has Cosmetics Options that cover her eyes entirely. But I wanted to kept the example in so it's easier to imagine it! The problem is whenever someone else besides you gets tagged, but they don't reach 3 stacks of "Lock On" to receive a Claw Trap.…

I worded it poorly. What I mean is that I think people hate Skull Merchants that keep you in a loop (without really trying to hit you) until you get 3 stacks of "Lock On". If BHVR needs to change anything about her, that's what they probably need to look at more so people don't complain as much while keeping her fun to…
-
That's true, but I think only a small percent of the playerbase notice the changes in "Lock On" stacks of other Survivors while they are in chase. I've seen several streamers not understand why she's "so fast", which is why I came up with this idea. But you are right, you can accurately guess her Haste if you keep track of…

If I had to guess, BHVR doesn't want to add a little Haste trail behind Killers/Survivors because it might ruin the Horror aesthetics of the game (even though the Refined Serum exists, but that's a event addon). Skull Merchant's Haste grows and decreases in power in ways that are hard to gauge, which is why I think adding…

If BHVR has to keep anything, I would prefer for her Haste to stay in her kit. There are already 2 Killers that use Hindered as AntiLoop (Freddy and Clown) so I would prefer if she keeps her "Stealthy, Agile Assassin" vibes.
-
Her old power was even more boring to play against in chase, it was a huge denial zone that couldn't be outplayed in any way and she would get permanent killer instict for as long as you were in it. And if you ever disabled her drone, you would get a Claw Trap that had the effect of the Dissolution perk...
-
The main problem I see when I play Skull Merchant is that Survivors get detected by my drones even when I'm in chase with someone else far away from them. I think they don't understand that I gain extra Haste per survivor detected, making my chases way easier than they should be. She can be annoying but, in chase, she is…

Perks like Hex: Ruin and Thanatophobia are a little harder to buff number wise because they can become problematic if tuned incorrectly. Thanatophobia specifically can go out of hand because it's a perk that's stronger on certain killers (Plague and Legion) while not good enough on everyone else, so the Devs probably need…

You might be a little confused of how old and current Call Of Brine works so I'm going to compare them with this "reworked" version: Old Call Of Brine: Damaged generator regresses at 200% of normal regression speed for 60 seconds. Total regression in those 60 seconds: 30 seconds (15 seconds of normal regression + 15…
-
As long as Call Of Brine is seen as a 3-gen perk, BHVR won't be able to "unnerf" it. I would love to see it be in a good place again and with this rework it would punish the survivors that leave a generator unattended for too long but won't be able to used as a "keep the game hostage" perk.
-
Call Of Brine was considered a mediocre perk on release because it was competing with old Pop Goes the Weasel and old Ruin. You are right that, paired with old Overcharge, Call of Brine was problematic; but because of the 3-gen/kick meta, BHVR has decided to nerf it. I'm trying to think of a way to rework Call of Brine…
-
You might be right, but the perk started as a regression/hybrid perk and BHVR might be looking for a way to buff Call of Brine without making it overpowered in 3-gen situations. Right now, it's a weak regression perk (4 seconds of extra regression if the survivor doesn't tap the gen for 60 seconds) and a weaker…

You might be right, I've changed the numbers because the old net positive before the first edit was 12 seconds. These new numbers should be more balanced. The problem is that Call of Brine without regression is a worse Surveillance (Pig Perk): It only works for 60 seconds, the killer needs to kick the generator and if the…
