Problem is there is no balance to these Killers, nothing more fun than dodging 5 hillbilly revs to be downed with the 6th one. There needs to be a down time to these Killers, Mastermind needs a slower charge rate for missed attacks even by like 2 seconds. Hillbilly should be needing to re-gas his chainsaw after the 8th…

I believe standing still means being within the 5 meter range of a hook longer than 3 seconds. They can make it so you have to be in hook range for only a few seconds, so slightly moving back wont work
