I Don't really care, honestly. Is it an advantage? Sure. Just something else PC players have over us, all the more reason to get good enough to outplay them. That's how I see it, at least.
-
Which is funny, because there's still far more intensive games hitting 60 or near 60 on Xbox One.
-
Especially with the latest patch, there has been a huge outcry from certain Killers about how BHVR is ruining the game and is out to get them. This has caused pushback, of course. Hence the "flaming".
-
It's either simulating SA or it's not. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Either t-bagging, using the come here or point emote and humping are all SA or none of them are. You can't have it both ways.
-
Chucky literally gets free hits at most tiles because of Scamper into M1. Deserved nerf, but fair since they reduced his CD
-
T-bagging isn't bannable, so I would imagine that's not either.
-
Once again, if you make a perk as good as PR Pop, it's still going to be OP on S-tiers. Even of low-tiers, four slowdown is far too strong.
-
You need to lower the base-line. If you manage to make a perk as good as Pop + PR; it's gotta be ludicrously OP.
-
I can see the future, I called posts like these.
-
That honestly feels like it might be DBD things because it seems logically, it should work that way but does it actually work that way?
-
Womp womp; I've got almost 14K Killers on a single account. That's about 13x the amount of escapes lol, but yes, I clearly only play Survivor. In truth, I have a unique viewpoint. I'm a pretty average Survivor, but someone who has played Killer for the better part of six years and someone who has pushed themselves as far…
-
Your long reply is warranted, as it is a nuanced topic. I appreciate you giving it the attention and thought it deserves. I intentionally specified four slowdown perks. The average player, ideally, should be playing against the average Survivor. We must assume as much or else things get….very messy very fast.…
-
Notice how I said "bad Killers will complain after having crutched on gen regression" If you actually need gen regression, just for example, in a tournament setting, that isn't crutching on it. If you are stacking four slowdowns to make up for bad gameplay, that is crutching on it. I did not say "all Killers who use…
-
I thought PGTW was the only one based off of current progress? Like yes, keeping 10 seconds of a gen is kinda neat, but it's not super significant when you could be getting hit by multiple chunk regression (or blocking) perks.
-
He's just extremely difficult to play. He requires an extensive amount of knowledge that the average player really isn't gonna have. You need to know the maps inside and out, check spots, goofy geometry spots, predict common Survivor pathing, predict hot spots, make reads based off of the match etc etc
-
And as long as they don't get one of the many many many anti-loop Killers. So yes, against someone like Sadako, this might be okay. Not good, not bad. Against anyone with a modicum of anti-loop or a good Killer; the perk still harms your team.
-
My brother in Christ, we know nothing about the chapter. It seems, to me at least, that it could be Vecna. I doubt it's a Beholder, they'd want to hit it off with a big swing with DND.
-
lol, it'll just lead to more tunneling. If PR was 100% regression on every hook, I am convinced nothing would change and some people would still say that Survivor is OP
-
They didn't need four gen regression perks, most people just want the easiest possible match. Nothing will change except more bad Killers will complain after having crutched on gen regression perks.
-
It's a MAXIMUM of 70 seconds, but likely 50 seconds. This doesn't count travel time nor interruptions nor being Broken for the rest of the trial. It is a CLASSIC noob-trap.
-
Because a BNP comes with a toolbox and no time investment. Invocation still isn't even breaking even in time investment
-
I don't think we should even pretend like this is a balancing decision from BHVR. I think it's clear that this is about the animation not working. They wanted it to be an effective four second stun, but that didnt work, so now they're just doing it manually.
-
He wasn't the third best to begin with, and that would be ludicrously overpowered.
-
OH no! You won't be able to dogwalk 99% of players simply because you equipped 4 slowdowns, how awful!
-
What? The perk is still absolute trash tier. 60 seconds, not counting travel time or interruption, for 50 seconds worth of gen progress and permanent broken. Woo-hoo, what a great perk! Still the best Killer perk in the game.
-
Pop, PR, Deadlock, Corrupt, Grim, DMS etc etc That's not counting other forms of slowdown, like idk, playing Killer properly.
-
I will gladly trade FTP BU and a second of DS for gen oppression nerfs.
-
Slightly off topic but my brother in christ why do you have 16 THOUSAND Auric Cells
-
I'm a very particular being
-
Steve, Felix and Leon. Nancy, Sable, Rebecca.
-
That does seem likely, however, this issue has been in the game for many many years. At least since 2018, when I started playing. I think it's much more likely that it's something to do with aim dressing's interaction with the Dedicated Servers. If the aim dressing was made for P2P, and then got ported over to DS, it would…
-
I'd rather restrict Invocation. "Can only be used if the game is bug-free." That should about fix it.
-
Nope, other than losing your add-ons, offerings, BP and pips Much bigger deal for all of those back then.
-
Used to be better on Legion, when things like Sloppy activated on Frenzy hits. Frenzy, Franklin's hit everyone and DC
-
At one point, yes. It was changed eventually.
-
Clearly, they are intrinsically linked, even to you. You wouldn't, I hope, drop chase times to 20 seconds without addressing tunneling. We also wouldn't want to totally kill off tunneling without addressing chase times, in some manner.
-
You didn't suggest any changes to tunneling in your post, only that chase times should be shorter to the degree of 20 seconds
-
Let's not kid ourselves. Tunneling would either increase or remain the same since it would be easier with chases designed to last 25 seconds.
-
I don't have it installed on a PC with personal information. I don't have any games on my PC that has my work stuff nor my personal information. I've seen Sony get hacked enough to be wary. Likewise, the entire argument is ludicrous. The fact that you bit at it and thought it was a good idea just shows how ridiculous it…
-
That just isn't true
-
Im still tired out of RE content, but I'd take RE over FNAF anyday.
-
Not sure how you got held hostage on Dead Dawg. That's not really an issue with offerings. I do think they should probably go, or at least be weighted differently, but this reasoning isn't it.
-
They probably couldn't.
-
I might be young, but I'm not a ######### moron. I don't trust multi-million dollar companies to be honest with spyware. I'll not be giving them the benefit of the doubt if they try to install a key logger to ensure everyone is playing at optimal levels. You shouldn't either and if you do, well, think about it.
-
They literally admitted not many people use it effectively, they just didn't like it when it happened. Like yeah, no duh. I don't like it when someone pulls off a sabo play on me, but that doesn't mean I think it's overpowered.
-
The Dark Times were very close to killing the game.
-
Crazy how you're supporting putting spyware on people's devices simply because your ego can't handle someone not playing how you want. Talk about entitled, jeez.
-
It's called Spyware.
-
Seems like you might care.

Otz's video isn't even really about that. It's about the atrocious state of the game, the OP cherry-picked part of the video to fit the narrative they wanted. I think the majority of the problem lays with the Devs. They have created miserable Killers to both play (Twins) and play against (still Twins). This has been a…
