He would bang his pipe to extend his range and see visions of survivors as his ability. Lingering Chase would be a farming perk. Depends on how well you use it. Disorientation with impaired vision would be good Come My Pretty suggestion would be good also.

i'm confused on what this is? its a survivor? because it sounds like a killer

I say its like a small charge up tome before it gets to the top speed. and once they break the aura meter then its instantly dropped.

All 4 survivors would have to run together to get that top speed, it less when less number of survivors next to each other.
