Same here. I noticed I had a new cosmetic yesterday (Tuesday, the day before the rift even opened), then upon checking out the rift today to see what was in store for us, I noticed the cosmetic I already had was in the rift...color me confused :/

Yup same thing happened with me. When I first started working on the challenges I was surprised that there were no page icons on the master challenges. Now I see there are, yet even though I've done several prior the associated lore isn't unlocked on my thingy :(

definitely needs some kind of checks and balances. Perhaps only so many can be put on a list and it gets purged regularly to allow for people to have a chance at repairing their behavior.
