I made a post about this also, same circumstances but different map and killer. It's the actual "everything happening at once" that's causing it, not the map or killer apparently. I wasn't sure how to title mine lol

I encountered this, they thought I was doing it intentionally but I was running away from skull merchant along the edge of the map and was suddenly outside the map and couldn't get back in.
