Could take a page out of the unspeakable games bag. Such as finding a fuse to install in a power box in the killers basement before gens can be repaired because that makes sense. Other wise it could easily be placed around the main building in each level.

The only downside I see as a killer is 4 man SWF with multiple flashlights. As a Nurse it was pretty easy to pick one up until blinded then down that same survivor, once that was done you could fake pick-up to lure the other survivor out, the one with a flashlight.
