I'm glad they buffed the perk like it is now. That blinding screen is trash and still hurts my eyes (its a bit better than before, but still really bad). And with flashbangs and blastmines in the game, it's fine as it is now.

What I did, was just message people asking if I could down them once or twice in a round. Some gave me a bit more since they wanted to help me out. Eventually I got it (when people said no, I would respect that too, of course).

That's totally fine. I'm at the point that when I play killer, I just let everyone go anyway. I don't care about kills (anymore). I want BP and when I get 4 BBQ stacks, my round is complete.

When you think this community can't sink any lower, I always get amazed that it can be done. Now you insult a survivor by just running a perk? Unbelievable. I also had a day that I and my friend didn't recieve our rift fragments. I know for sure I didn't get them, but my thread got closed anyway and I needed to reach out to support for my 5 fragments. Yeah, like I will bother reaching out to support and not getting them on time anyway before the rift closes. Haven't logged in…

Okay, no problem. At least we got some pictures off the snowmen haha. Would be nice if we could costumise KYF lobbies with things like the snowmen and other stuff out other events :P

The event works fine for the last two weeks, so what can break just out of nowhere? I mean, if the game gets hacked or something, or ddos'd, staff still have to go to the office to repair the situation.

Tbh, I see Blood warden maybe in 1 out of the 100 matches. It really isn't that much common on my MMR level (which is pretty low I guess haha, since I don't care for escaping or being killed by the killer)

Just curious, are they gonna extend the event like most of the events? I already have my cosmetics, but I find the snowmen really fun (yes, even as killer).

Agreed. Don't let other people tell you what perks you can and can't run. Because when you say (as killer) that people can't run dead hard, they will murder you on spot for saying that.

Maybe you can use a boon twice. One time it gets snuffed, the next time you use the perk and it gets snuffed, it's lost for the rest of the game. I think that is way more fair than it is now tbh.

What I find the most fun is when they chase you all game with their flashlight and click to get your attention, you down their teammate and they go for that flashlight save. And they then get downed because they didn't expect your Lightborn :D

This and flashlight macro clickers. That stuff is really annoying.

I have one character where I always store some event items on, by spending bloodpoints in that bloodweb. I usually also save up the new perks from the new survivors, so I can get both the event items as well the new perks during events.

"Because the killer add-on is overpowered", something like that probably. Half of the time it didn't even work on Trapper, so what's so OP about that. I'm so glad I just leveled up survivors instead of killers, so I don't have any of those serum crap rotting away for a year in my inventory.

I don't use any slowdown perks. But then again I don't care if I get kills or not. If people want to genrush and get out in 5 minutes, fine.

Tbh, I don't care if it's free or not free for Epic games. I still got my free copy on Epic nonetheless :D

And that's why I really like the decision of the devs to reward a survivor their reward, no matter if they die. I really would like if they do the same thing towards the anniversary events, so people don't have to try hard for their escape and just can have fun and maybe farm a bit more when there are a lot of cakes burned.

Funny thing is, sparkling survivors get their cosmetic or charm nevertheless. So the joke is on the killer.

Play survivor yourself and be a snowman. Let killers hit you and even if you die, you get your rewards.

If survivors are just running around as snowman, they're not on gens. So what's the problem? You won't get genrushed that way and then it's not okay again? Then I don't know what is, tbh.

Had a Trapper just now who wanted me to go into his trap while I was in a snowman. Eventually I won because he hit me. Then I got in his trap and let him hook me. I mean, if you really want me in your trap sure (maybe for a challenge or something), but give me something in return then.

Halloween event was really good too. But I like this way as well, since the escape is not needed to get some goodies. They need to make this for every event tbh. I would like to say, that the way the Halloween event and this is event is handled, is promising to the future of the game regarding events.

@MandyTalk Can you say to the team that I really like how we can earn these cosmetics and that I would like that this is the way we can earn them in the future (looking at the anniversary events)? Because you don't have to escape to get the cosmetics, the pressure for especially survivors is way less and everyone can play…

You can't. You need to claim one to advance to another. But you can not claim some along the way and then you will save them :)

The hype will die down when all the top streamers will go to another game. Just like with bf2042 and among us. Among us was a hype for a few weeks and then most streamers quit that game altogether.

Hook everyone twice and just chase and down after the second hook. And let everyone escape. That's what I would do

Trapper. I slap on Enduring, Brutal, Lightborn and Iron Grasp (or BBQ if I want bloodpoints) and just go. I really enjoy not giving a single thing about pallets or flashlights. I must admit that Nemesis is getting in my top 3 as well. Really like punishing people with my m2 weapon xD

I got it too on my secundary account where I want to try to get another platinum trophy on. I know for a fact I haven't bought it on that one.

As long as console performance is bad, I will not nominate this game for the labor of love trophy.
