I think I ran into this same guy. Legacy Jake, sanbagged me at a pallet and window vaults, then waved at me while I was at a gen. Come to find out he has OoO.

Youd idn't unhook or heal anyone. You avoided everyone until the end. And you can say that you doing gens is what let people get out. But maybe if you had gone for an unhook or heal, the damage would have been more spread out so the gens could have been finished and everyone could have escaped. You're just salty because…
-
Actually, what I saw was a survivor so gen oriented that they didn't go anywhere close to other survivors unless it was to do a gen. The leatherface played perfectly fair the entire game. Then, played to his strengths to guarantee one (or more) kill once the end game happened. I saw three survivors on one gen and saw you…
-
Not likely ever going to happen. It boosts their sales when you get the game on a new console/device because you have to buy the game and all the DLC all over again.
-
Most combos that rely on you being in a certain status effect as part of the combo won't proc if you're already in that status effect, Since Second Wind's effect requires that you be put into the Broken State, it probably can't activate since it can't put you into the Broken State because you're already in it. It can't…
-
You admitting that people don't stop playing the game just because they're not in a match was enough. Thanks!
-
"You can't use niche things as an excuse for people who ruin the game for others because they have a bad temper." Niche things? XD You're reaching hard with that one. Creating your builds, spending bloodpoints, choosing rift challenges.... all these are niche? Your ealize niche means that these things only appeal to a…
-
So ou can spend bloodpoints only during a match. And you can only customize your character during a match. OH! You probably can only visit the Rift to pick challenges or listen/watch lore snippets. And of course, you can only create your builds during a match as well. All these things that go into playing the game you can…
-
Most of them.... Easier to list the ones I do use than to list the ones I don't. Most of them just aren't worth it or are too niche for meme builds or specific killer builds.
-
What if that's how they enjoy playing? Who are you to tell someone how they should or shouldn't play?
-
Yeah. I guess you can spend bloodpoints only during a match. And you can only customize your character during a match. OH! You probably can only visit the Rift to pick challenges or listen/watch lore snippets. And of course, you can only create your builds during a match as well. Maybe you should about how much more there…
-
So you get back into the queue to continue playing. Huh... So you didn't stop. The round just ended.
-
They won't. That would mean less money.
-
No. It won't. The new matchmaking system can't account for tunneling, SWF, Perk levels (and their effectiveness), solo survivors not comig to unhook you, map variation (certain maps are killer/survivor sided), etc. It's a performanced based matchmaking that takes ZERO of these factors in consideration. All the new…

-
Except that's exactly what it was redesigned to do according to the devs in the Q&A about it.
-
Because they played enough games together to pip back up to rank 1 already. And that's what rank reset was supposed to do. But now it just takes everyone in the same bracket and moves them all back to the same bracket. But don't worry! Behavior's matchmaking is trash anyway. That's why they're planning on hiding ranks.
-
No they're not. They're just ending the match or delaying you. Only you (or your internet blinking out) can stop you from playing the game.
-
They called it an anti-tunnel perk. Now they're realizing it's not performing its role so now they're acknowledging that it isn't an anti-tunnel perk. They're not saying it's not an ani-tunnel perk, they're admitting that it isn't an anti-tunnel perk. A slight difference, but an important one. It's not fulfilling the role…
-
No he hasn't. because you go right back in the queue to continue playing the game. All the killer did was end a match early. Youd on't stop playing the game until you actually stop playing the game.
-
Balance around solo and make the max SWF team 2 people (or kill SWF option all together except in KYF).
-
It's DBD. Logging in can be considered a glitch. XD
-
That's what my whole post was about. I think DBD is basically more like WoW. It's the first one that really stuck. People might go to new games for a bit, but because they have a longer investment in DBD, and DBD keeps putting out content (well, more killers and survivors, not so much "new content"0, they'll just keep…
-
It's because the Devs think it's better for you to rank up by playing according to their lore and "entertaining the entity" than by playing optimally.
-
I know it didn't get more killers. I even said so. If it had, I would have said so and I'm betting it would have a larger players base. Thanks for pointing out the thing I already pointed out myself. Good contribution.
-
To be fair, if F13 had different killers, I think it would have. It has a more interesting way of play in my opinion. But I liken F13 to Battlefield, while DBD is COD. COD is easy, fast, and less involved. Battlefield is more involved, longer, and takes more time to really master. Most people prefer easy, fast, and less…
-
Shall we go back to where they said it WAS an anti tunnel perk? Only now that people have constantly pointed out the bullshit in their redesign to they now try and say it's not an anti tunnel perk. So now they either have to admit they ######### up making an anti-tunnel perk (which they won't do) or change their narrative…
-
And everyone is also ignoring he hooked other survivors in between Jane getting unhooked and getting downed. She wasn't tunneled. DS shouldn't have gone off if it's supposed to be an anti-tunnel perk.
-
You'll get zero pity from survivor mains or the devs. Even the devs believe the game should be played in accordance to the survivor handbook.
-
Let me translate: "I'm going to critique your choice of the people you picked up first while completely ignoring the (still) broken nature of this perk which was the nature of your query."
-
I actually agree with this. I see people saying that Billy isn't good at loops, so that's his weakness. Or they'll say if he's 110 he needs to get something to help him with loops. I disagree. The power to travel around the largest maps in 5-6 seconds and still be able to insta-down someone once he gets behind them (with…
-
How would you build a pallet with a chopping instrument...?
-
Man, you are seriously trying to make that definition work for your argument. You need it to fit that exact scenario so that you can be correct. LEt's say you are. DS should still deactivate. The person unhooking you right in the killer's face is to blame for the easy hook and follow-up chase. You weren't tunneled because…
-
You're not being tunneled if someone else was hooked after you were unhooked. You need to learn your terms.
-
You mean it would make it balanced instead of OP. Right now it's braindead 60 seconds of very abusable immunity. Maybe that's why you're so vehemently against the change... But it's not an anti tunnel perk as it is. It's just free time.
-
So the killer downs the unhooker and leaves them to be healed while chasing down the person who was unhooked instead of getting a guaranteed hook? I mean.... I guess if they don't like getting hooks...
-
Add in "Decisive Strike deactivates if another survivor is hooked while Decisive Strike is active" and you got yourself a deal. It's not an anti-tunnel perk if it can still punish the killer for not tunneling.
-
Or!!!!! And hear me out.... the survivor with borrowed time shouldn't unhook you in the Doctor's terror radius. Look at that! Just saved the devs a ton of time. Survivors could use their gray matter.
-
If it's a deadzone, that means there's nothing there. Nothing includes pallets. If there are pallets, it's not a deadzone. Learn your terms.
-
If it's.... a... deadzone... that means... there's nothing.... to work with... Otherwise... it's not.... a deadzone....
-
Let me translate: "Now that you're not making survivors as OP as I want them to be, I am no longer willing to play."
-
If they don't leave, they chose to take the risk of giving the killer more opportunities to kill them. Their fault. EGC has nothing to do with survivors CHOOSING to give the killer more time to kill them. It doesn't benefit anyone. It simply signals the end of the game. in 2-4 minutes. No more. No less.
-
Yeah. it starts a timer because the survivors have already won. They could leave, since they opened the exite gate. They chose not to. The EGC is to stop that from being drawn out longer. It does nothing to the survivors other than tell them it's time to leave. It doesn't force them to stay or go for unhooks. You said it…
-
Wait... How does EGC favor the killer when it only starts when the survivors have won? And how is Pop OP when it requires the killer to chase, hit a survivors twice, carry them to the hook, hook the survivor, then hunt down a generator that's been worked on, then decide whether to chase the survivor that was on it or Pop…
-
It's not easy to get great skill checks? You must be new.... You can max great and good skill checks every single game. You must not have actually read the whole thing. These are much needed adjustments to help with genrush and SWF power.
-
Let me boil down your complaint. "I played when survivors were super OP. I left after a year till a week ago. I have no idea what's gone on for the past three years so I'm goign to complain that after the three years I've been gone, the devs are STILL trying to make killers as strong as survivors."
-
But it's ok for him to wear white people's faces, huh? That's a bold stance. Couldn't be misinterpreted at all. Does it offend you that the Doctor is one of the few truly evil killers and he's black?
