Most kids dont know what camping means and they throw it around every game. They think you chasing them is tunneling.

Personally I think they're cool. It gives the game a bit more than just doing gens and hiding.

The game will only get better if survivors fear the killer. Without fear, there is no respect or fun.

I would like to see some clown improvements. Right now he is almost no threat to survivors under level 10. Devs is there anyway you can buff his Add-ons to make the toxin more effective? What about his perks? A speed boost? Even a slight something would really balance out the game and make him more playable.

You're right. He's great, but something is missing. I love the idea of the fake generator. Not sure how the traps would work though. Could be something silly like a 'Floppy Shoe' trap. A survivor runs over it and they stick to them an beep with every step they take, giving away their position. LOL

@TunnelVision You're right - he needs a little work. Survivors can still run circles around him. All those killers you mentioned are extremely tough to go against and yes, lately killer has been nearly impossible to have a decent game with. I hope things get back to normal soon. If I get my ass kicked when playing clown…

Okay so it look almost two weeks, but I'm finally getting the hang of clown. Last night I had some real tough survivors and was able to sacrifice all of them with 3 gens left. Got 4 red metals too. Totally worth the bad games to get to this point. Yes, it took awhile, but oh well.

Great answer. Sometimes I face the same issue. But the main problem is not being able to find them then when I patrol they get two gens done at once. Craziness.

@CheersTC I like the idea behind Rusted Hooks. Another idea I had, instead of tokens would be: For every time a survivor is unhooked, the rescuing survivor suffers injury status.

For the record, I still had a blast playing clown, even tho I only got 1 sacrifice. I don't need to win to have a great time. I can repost my thoughts in a week or so once I've played him more.

I just bought clown last night and played once. I only sacrificed one survivor that match because I'm still getting the hang of it. He is fun to play. I bought him for PGTW, didn't want to wait for the shrine. He's only 9000 shards. Bottles are fun, his laugh is great and it's nice to add some variety to the tired killer…

He's always been one of my favourites. Good breakdown. Consistent with the lore. Where do I sign? All that's left to say now is.... Be My Victim.

Yup, I'm done for an egyptian map too! Universal owns all the movie monsters (mummy, dracula, etc) So they could make one heck of a deal with them.

You mean for matching ranks? No, I don't think you'll have an issue getting a game. In my experience there are more friends playing as survivors so it could take longer to play as one of them. Killer usually only take a few seconds to get a match, but that also depends on timezone/time of day. Once you play more you'll see…

@Razovar You have an overall player rank, but then you also rank up separately. I play as both, switching back and forth so it's not so repetitive.

@TheHoodiedOne Yeah I guess the Hag is somewhat similar. But she's not as scary at the witch... and dare I say.... bug like? Maybe they will bring over L4D survivors other than Bill.

I was also thinking about getting clown, but I'd have to buy him. I don't seem many clowns out there. I've only played against 1 once.

I disagree. I just started and I'm already pretty good. I have two prestige characters. I don't have much of an issue with matchmaking either. Pretty easy to dive into. The tutorial was helpful.

Its only a 6% slow down though. Is it noticeable? Also I was asking in terms of playability not bloodpoints, which I consider to be a separate thing outside of the sessions.

BTW, is the clown a good character to play? I was thinking of buying him with my shards. Thoughts?
