Overheating never happens to me, you legitimately have to spam the chainsaw to overheat it, if you use it at the right time instead of revving for 5 minhtes it won't overheat. But I agree with you, his add-ons do very little for him, and the overheat mechanic is just useless.

I like the idea, but I think that 30% + 50% would be too much. Maybe 15% and 40% is fair.
